I used this company while they had a store on Menzies in James Bay. They had to move to Burnside W some months ago, but it is well worth travelling all the way there to have dry cleaning done. The company offers excellent drycleaning service, it is reasonably priced and the ladies are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend the store 100%.

Rubbish. This is the closest laundromat to my house and all I can say is I'd rather waste gas going elsewhere. First and foremost, they argue with customers about the hours clearly posted on their wall. (last load is 3:30pm on weekends) The machines are old, and the entire store needs a reno (which they can obviously afford for the crazy amount of money people will pay for clean clothes). Today though, was the last straw. I filled two dryers and left, and upon my return one had been opened, clothes spilling out of it, still soaking wet. The woman came out with a snooty attitude and told us we had overfilled it and that it opened itself, though the dryer latched so there's no way in hell it could have opened on its own. That means $4 not including what i had to add to finish the load wasted on a dryer that didn't perform the service i paid for due to tampering. I had sat for ten minutes prior to leaving the running dryer and it was having no issues with the load it had, and wouldn't it have opened when the clothes were heavier and more wet??? Upon return the second time for my still damp clothes, the only person in sight was a seven year old boy, no adult supervision whatsoever. Will only use this service if my life depended on it (or if all the other local laundromats go out of business, but I'd still look for alternatives)

The driver for this drycleaner is reckless and negligent cutting off pedestrians and aggressively trying to push cyclists off the road. His licence should be removed. Horrible business in the James Bay area.

Only good reviews for this place are obviously fake. So this is what you get.

One of the more depressing places I've visited in Victoria. Fairly dirty, tired and sad.

This is a great little laundromat. Dryers are actually hot! And everbody loves Sharon, who loves her job. Great combination of service.

If I could give negative stars I would. My dress was "drycleaned" here and it came back to me absolutely ruined and completely unwearable. When I called back to let the person know that something had gone wrong in their process and the colors from the print on my dress had ran, they flat out said I was wrong and that the dress had come to them like that. I have never experienced such poor customer service. If you want to wear your clothes again, go to any other drycleaner.

Place should be shut down. Absolutely filthy laundromat, all Canadians should be embarrassed as this is where tourists go to do their Landry. Filthy unkempt and dilapidated, manager didn’t seem to care, and didn’t even get normal stains out of my clothes. San Francisco costs $0.25 for 6 minutes you get 3 minutes for $0.20 equivalent.

Recently moved to the area and I have a need for dry cleaning services.Their shop is small and they have coin laundry, but very old machines. For me all I need is a good dry cleaner,I've used dry cleaning services for a very long time,so I have a good idea of good ones from the bad.I don't wanna complain about how they did this or didn't do that, but I invest in expensive clothing (tailored shirts, suits etc.) so I want a good experienced dry cleaner to take care of my clothes and I don't mind spending more for good service. I've tried this place 3 times and that will be the last for me.

Been reading Google reviews and most of them are bad reviews and so, I will NOT be using this place to do my laundry... ...And... The pics that I have seen are bad also!!
