The quality of dry-cleaning is good, however the staff is not. I have been greeted many times with eye rolls and sighs. I once showed up 20 minutes before closing to a staff member counting the till, only to have her sigh (as if I had greatly inconvenienced her by picking up my dry-cleaning). It is just not worth it. I would rather pay more for friendly staff.

Had some gravey spilt on my jacket, it didn't get deep into the fabric or anything, i could have washed it myself but decided i should just take it in since i have to pay for laundry in my building anyways. Not again, one hour cleaners? Try 24 hours, and then it wasn't even fully clean! $25 i won't be getting back, i still have gravey on the coller, it's again not deep in the fabric, i can scrape it off with my fingernail, how is that still there?!?

They damaged my jacket and wouldn't even refund my dry cleaning fee, let alone replace the garment. They admit it was damaged, but claimed that they don't guarantee trim.....Don't most jackets have trim? Seems like they don't know or care what they're doing. I would avoid this place, as well as Scrub Your Duds who sources out to them.

I used One Hour Cleaners to clean my wedding dress and they were great. I walked in and they were very helpful. My dress was beaded and I was worried I may lose some beads during cleaning as reviews at other cleaners had suggested this may occur but no damage occurred during my cleaning. They even got the red wine stain out of the dress!

Awful experience! Ruined a jacket of mine by melting the leather trim. When I took it back to them, I was told that they would not compensate me (including reimburse for the cleaning). The owner said that instead I should take the jacket back to The Bay (where I bought it) and tell them something happened to it and get them to reimburse me. He said that he's told many of his customers to do this. This place has ruined that many garments! I called another dry cleaners (Individual Cleaners). Normally cleaners read the specific cleaning instructions noted on the tag. If they don't it's the cleaners responsibility. Not only did One Hour Drycleaning ruin my jacket, the owner was so awful and rude to deal with. I would avoid this place. You might also want to ensure your drop off location doesn't outsource to them (Quality Cobbler in the Westshore Town Centre does).

We bring all our gear here for cleaning. It’s the best because it’s the closest. Also, prices are adequate and the service is even-keeled. Wouldn’t go anywhere else because it’s located further. A must for anyone that lives close by.

I went to pickup my clothes at 4pm because the Google listing said they were open till 5pm on Saturdays. Got there and their signage says they are only open till 3pm... and they don't open again till Monday. Too bad I needed everything for Sunday

My dry cleaning goes through One Hour Cleaners, and I've always been satisfied, recently I sent in a blazer and dress, and I had forgotten an important receipt and that my button fell off and I had put it in my pocket. Well, not only did they return my receipt, but my button was sewn back on! Thank you!!!! A++++

Got a light grey suit cleaned here in September. Pulled it out a few months later to wear and noticed a big stain on one of the pant pockets. Went in and asked that they redo them and their employee said it wasn't going to be free and took zero ownership for the sloppy job. He positioned himself stating there was no way he could know if it had been worn since they serviced them, even though they were still freshly pressed with their own shop's tag on a belt loop. He said maybe I wore it with the tag hanging from my waist. Never going back, poor service, accused me of lying essentially, and they don't stand behind their work at all.

SAVE YOUR CLOTHES AND MONEY - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I have been a long time customer of the business. When they washed my new suit they left damage to the buttons, and when I went to pick it up the staff member noticed, apologized, and offered to fix the issue by replacing the buttons. Sounds fair right?? After leaving the clothing with them for two days to fix the issue the owner proceeded to contact me and tell me it wasn't his responsibility and to read my receipt. He then retracted the offer of his staff member to fix my suit buttons for free. As I had already paid for the cleaning, I told him my expectation was that he fix the damage and honor the word of his staff member who was actually quite kind (repair costs less than the cleaning). He instead told me it would be $18.00 extra now and he has no interest in what his staff said. I told him I was very disappointed in his customer service to which he responded that I could take my cheap suit and never come back then hung up on me. I would strongly recommend you NEVER support this company if that is the attitude the owner takes towards his customers.

After a pen burst in my pocket and I didn't notice, I got black ink all over the outside and inside of my favorite winter coat, polyester shell on the outside and a soft fuzzy interior. I honestly didn't think they'd be able to get it all out, but my coat is like new! Not even a hint of ink anywhere. Thank you so much One Hour Cleaners!

It's funny leaving this review because I did not, in fact, even end up needing their services... Today I popped in to ask how much it might cost to dryclean a dress of mine that is heavily beaded, since the slip underneath got drink stains on it at a particularly rowdy party in pre-covid times...I didn't even find the stain until today, a year later, so I figured the dress might be beyond help. The man at the counter was very friendly and helpful, and after telling me the price to get rid of the stain, he offered me some tips on how I could even remove it myself if I wanted to! I'd never dealt with this fabric before so he showed me what to do. His suggestion worked and I am so grateful for his help- I didn't end up needing to pay anything in the end, since I could fix it myself at home. However, the next time I need some drycleaning done, I will 100% be coming back to One Hour Cleaners because of this man's professionalism and kindness.
