Men in Kilts came this morning to clean my grimy nasty windows. Much to my surprise I can actually see out my shiny windows and I am loving it. The gentlemen called to tell me they were on their way. When they arrived they talked to me about the windows and then promptly got to it. They worked efficiently and professionally.

He was here alone and did a fantastic job on the windows, skylights, gutters, glass covering for deck and even washed the exterior of the gutters! Our house sparkles! The actual window cleaning was great! The fellows were friendly and did a super job. The scheduling for the job was terrible. My original appointment was changed to a different day without consulting me first. I just received an email with a different appointment time and day. In spite of using a business card with my name and address, my address was incorrect on my confirmation email.

The workers arrived early having given notice of the time change. Were quick, thorough, and conscientious about social distancing. For 6 ground floor windows and two patio doors we felt 200.00 was a bit high but the above components helped us feel better. We are new in town and will likely comparison shop for the next cleaning.

From the initial consultation through to the job completion I was impressed by the professionalism of every one I talked to. The reminders sent via email to confirm and remind of the appointment, as well as a phone call from the technician the day before to confirm were appreciated. The two technicians that arrived to do the work were pleasant and hard working and took care to clean up the moss removed from the roof so that nothing was left on the ground. Overall very impressed and would not hesitate to use Men In Kilts again.

Had them in to do a quote and never heard back from them called at least three times even head office at least once and still did not recieve the quote. Is too bad because I had heard good things. I've already told atleast ten people and now this could potentially reach alot more. Not a happy customer.

We'd heard good things about Men In Kilts -Victoria and we weren't disappointed. Their phone booking system was excellent, as was personal communication. Due to unusual snow/cold conditions, the original date was postponed, but they were very good with personal communication around re-booking. As soon as the weather cleared, we arranged a new time. They gave us plenty of advance warning, and on the designated date, the guys showed up on time - despite the fact that it was raining. They did an excellent job clearing the gutters - and they left no mess. They didn't wear kilts, but who can blame them in this weather. An A+ for this service.

I have used Men in Kilts a number of times for a variety of work on my home. Window cleaning. Pressure washing. Gutter cleaning. They do a great job. My only disappointment was in that the last time they did some pressure washing of my deck, is they left a mess down below which would have been really easy for them to clean but for some reason it didn't get done. That was the only unfortunate part. I would use them again and will highly recommend their work.

Drake and Justin worked on my gutter today; they were super awesome, and even accomodated my request of before/after photos to see the gutter up close, something that I could've never seen otherwise. They even informed me that the gutter might need a re-alignment based on what they saw up there, which I was not expecting. Professional and courteous, as always. We have for years gone with a different provider for gutter cleaning. So we had a price in mind and their quote was always the final price. Unfortunately the other provider was booked up for months so we decided to try Men in Kilts as their quote was the same as our regular provider, and they were able to come much sooner. For this particular job the crew of 2 took 25min for a total bill of $280. Which was $50 more than originally quoted. As for service, the crews were friendly and polite so no problems there. I went and checked the gutters and they seemed to do a satisfactory job. My 3 Star is only a reflection of the feeling that we paid a bit more than what I am used to. Given that the job only took 25min I don't feel we should have been charged more than what we were originally quoted.
