Good rides, the rides have a tendency to break down and fill up with water. but if you can get around that it's a really fun amusement park. I am also really itches after I get out of a ride that fills up with water and its way too expensive for what you get. but other than that the rides are great.

First time using a commercial machine/laundromat to wash a rug, so I decided to visit this establishment. I was truly impressed with the level of cleanliness of their facility, the willingness to assist from the young lady behind the desk and how straightforward this process was. I would definitely recommend this establishment as I will be using it for future rug washing needs.

Girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful. We dried a fried towels and machines were mediocre and took about 20 minutes to get wet towels fully dry. Cost was $1 which is okay. They also had couches to wait and WiFi which is very handy when you want to stay in store. They also do have parking. Overall a good experience!

I've had good experiences doing laundry here. The drop off service is great, and when I stay and do it myself the staff are friendly and helpful. I have, and would, recommend this laundromat to others - sure beats the coin op at my building, especially with the drop off service option. Sometimes I dream of their monthly drop off subscriber service... Some day!

It’s okay. Dryers are expensive since they take forever to actually dry anything. Washing machines work decently enough, just don’t expect your clothes to come out fully clean. I can clean my laundry better by washing it in my bathtub than their washing machines do, sadly that’s not always practical. The large washing machine works well if you have a comforter or towels to do, and is approximately $8 for a load. Staff seems friendly enough, to other patrons or when they actually acknowledge you and not treat you coldly. The location is convenient at least. It’s not terrible, but there is room for improvement at this establishment.

What a nice place to relax while your laundry gets done. Staff are helpful and they’re always playing something fun on the TV whether it be music videos or sitcoms. Their drop off service is phenomenal and turnaround time is quick. Great prices compared to scrubbys which is $1.90 a pound..... here is only $1.50. Save your money here.

Huge supporter and fan of this place! We have laundry in our building but it sucks so bad we started taking it to this place and they are so welcoming and friendly. Lots of machines available and they do full service laundry, and turn overs (so you don't have to wait there for 2 hours) and one time one of the gals there let me use their fabric softener downy balls so I didn't have to stick around waiting to add my softener in the rinse cycle! Lots of chairs, sofas to sit and relax, they have WIFI and a little canteen and books and board games, its a nice, fairly quiet place to just chill.

They maintain machines properly otherwise I'd be back to hand washing in a tub crying over the disgusting mold washers I'm stuck with in place I'm at now. Good thing it was open til 9 pm and perfect timing to go in the evening. The employees working hard to do sheets probably for another company. But gave my daughter a hard time. Her and my elderly mother went into do loads of laundry, keeping to themselves. Otherwise got the laundry done that's what counts.

It works if you are in a pinch. Parking at their premises are usually full so have to resort to park elsewhere then haul the load. Staff are okay but the one time I had my clothes washed it picked up someone else's dirt and lint which their dryers didn't pick off. Put sufficient time in the dryers at maximum heat and thicker garments are still damp. Will not be returning there for future patronage.

This place offers do-your-own laundry and also a per-pound service as well that you pay for extra for them to wash and fold your laundry. I chose self-serve and compared to the pricing here in Vancouver, the same machines cost about 50-75 cents more per cycle, so that was pretty surprising. Unfortunately, they also didn't have large industrial dryers either but rather these dinky ones that handled about max 5lbs of clothing. So if you had a larger load or heavier clothing, the dryers weren't meant for it, so you will have to split up your loads etc. This place has seating and free Wi-Fi though which is a plus, but overall its a pretty average experience and quite pricey compared to other places.

I found this laundry by using Google Maps and from trusting all previous reviews. I wasn't disappointed! The staff are incredibly helpful, the facilities are kept very clean, the cost is very affordable and I was even able to have a sit down and relax on their leather sofas whilst sipping a can of pop. I only wish there were more laundry's like this one back home! I highly recommend the LaundroLounge to anyone and especially those like me that were holidaying through the area. Canadian hospitality at its best! Cheers :)

I went to drop a king sized comforter this evening and as staff were busy, I decided to was it myself. The Hispanic gentleman (name used on his request) was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. It’s been years since I have done laundry in a laundromat. This was such a nice experience I fell asleep when the comforter was dryer! I highly recommend the laundromat. You can save money if you bring your own soap and fabric softener, but don’t worry if you don’t have any as you can purchase them when visiting.

I have been using the Laundrolounge's pick up and delivery laundry service for about six months now and I am delighted!!! I used to have a lot of trouble managing my laundry. My building's laundry room was nearly always in use or closed when I needed it. I ended up with piles of laundry all over my bedroom floor. I thought -- there HAS to be a better way to live than this. In our modern society, surely, the Laundry Problem must have been solved by someone somewhere. And, sure enough, Google brought me to the Laundrolounge on Cook Street. For a very reasonable fee, you can go and do your laundry there and they have free wifi. However, if you are a bit lazier (and there is NOTHING wrong with lazy, my friends) you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you for a modest fee. Or, if you are super, duper, lazy (or busy), they will come to your home, pick up your laundry, wash it, fold it, and bring it back to you. Think you can't afford it? Think again. In short I am not exaggerating when I say that the Laundrolounge has changed my life. My clothes look way better than when I used to incompetently wash them myself. They are neat and folded. And I no longer have the stress of not having clean clothes when I need them. And, for those of you who take one day every two weeks or so as a "laundry day," how much would it be worth it to you to have those days free to do whatever you want? Oh, and besides the service itself being an awesome concept and the place being awesome, the people who run it are really friendly, kind, and a pleasure to do business with. Outsourcing my laundry was one of the best decisions I ever made. :)

very dirty and unorganized place not to mention the most expensive self serve laundromat in the city . some dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes and some are 25cents for 3 minutes and everything takes FOREVER to dry . Everything should be half price of what they are charging or update / service your equipment ???? . I would love to put a tip in your tip jar but I just spent 20.00 to do 3 loads of laundry which seems outrageous . Those same three loads would cost me 11.50 at the laundromat on Gorge Rd and take half the time . I hope you consider my feedback

Most of the staff here are super friendly. Machines are affordable and fast. You can fold your laundry and even bring in a dog if you have a pet with you (they have a special area). I also use their wash and fold services for a business and they always have our loads done on time and neatly folded. They have also partnered with local organizations to have free laundry and dinner for people currently living outside. The team is very understanding and I’ve watched them manage difficult situations very professionally.

I've used this laundromat regularly since relocating to Victoria. Sometimes I use myself and sometimes I drop it off for them. I traveled many places and used a lot of laundromats and I felt it was time to finally review some places. I like this place--alot. I like their staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable and not afraid to have a conversation with their customers. I like the seating area and the Wi-Fi. I like that I can drop my laundry off and it's returned to me neatly folded and packed up. I like that it doesn't cost a fortune to get a reasonable turn around time. I have seen at the last couple visits how they are making some changes to improve people's experience and have to say when I walked in there today and seen the new storage--great! It seemed so much brighter in there. I like the music and I especially like the plants. I'll keep coming here for as long as I remain in Victoria because I think in the end a good atmosphere is hard to find nowadays and I need their machines for my comforters! :)

Make no doubt about it: this is the dirtiest, disorganized run down laundromat in Victoria. The owner of this cash grab should visit Avalon and Bubbles (as should you) to see what a well run business is like, which also happen to be laundromats. Simply this: if you have to wash again what you just dropped on the the floor of a laundromat, take the bus and make it a happy day.

Really clean, secure well lit place, managed by really professional and friendly family. Equipment works well and doesn't make you wait endlessly for dryers. I used it to clean large amounts of really dirty field gear and I can get a half dozen loads done in a couple hours for under $30. Comfortable, well located. In the Cook Street Plaza. Look for the Maytag sign, it's a bit hard to make out. Highly recommend.
