Called today for an urgent carpet clean for a product that will stain. They said they could be here today after 2 and would call me. They never called and never showed up and when I called they said everyone had already gone home for the day and they could maybe come tomorrow. They blamed my grandmother for not catching their error quick enough and were very rude about the situation. By tomorrow the product will have stained the carpet and the white carpet is now likely ruined. Not impressed. I would have been more understanding about the miscommunication if they had been remotely apologetic about it.
