I appreciate that the owner was upfront and honest that he wasn't sure he could remove the grease strain from my wool coat, and explained why. When I picked it up, I was very excited to see most of the strain had lifted and my coat looked great. Great service, friendly and professional!

They were wonderful! I shopped around to get my Vera Wang wedding dress dry cleaned. Many of the other dry cleaners costs were $180 and up depending on how many layers. The owner suggested that I bring it in within a week because it is easier to get the stains out. I went into the store, the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I went to pick up my dress, all the stains were all gone and it looked new again. The price to get my wedding dress dry cleaned was $110 and an extra $15 for my 8 layer dress. I would go back here and I would definitely recommend this store to others.

The minute I walked into the doors, I was treated as if I was ‘interrupting’ this employee’s day. I stated quite clearly what my query was and was interrupted, talked over and condescended to. I decided to push back and confront his lack of manners. Wow....then I was ‘put in my place’ by yet more condescension and arrogance and sarcasm. I was stunned and quite taken aback. Terrible customer service. Yikes!

I’m so happy! I sadly had a tray of 6 drinks spilled on me by a young new waiter - Shirley temples, Pepsi’s and Arnold palmers. I was wearing a Italian Cashmere Trench Coat and Winter white silk pants with a Grey crepe blouse. I thought for sure they were ruined.. I took them into Louie who had been recommended by the fabric council of BC website. Louie was amazing said he would try their very best might take a little longer but would do their best. Well I received the Garments 6 day’s later and all the stains are gone! So impressed! Dry cleaning and getting rid of stains can also damage the fabric.. they did a fantastic job not damaging the fabric through the process. I’m beyond happy!!! Thank you James cleaners for taking the time to save these clothes for me! - will try to add photos it’s a grey trench coat

Been a long time customer and have always been very satisfied with their service and quality of their finished product. They are more concerned of doing a quality job, than rushing it back to you, and usually 1-3 days depending how much clothes i bring in, is more than adequate turn around time for me. Their service is service plus in my books
