You will see all the opinions of real people like you who bought the services of Furever Clean Dog Wash (Laundry) in Esquimalt (Canada).
As of day the business has a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and the score has been calculated on 46 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is quite high, and it's based on a very large number of scores, so we can say that the assessment is very reliable. If many people have bothered to rate when they are pleased with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to set reviews when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Laundry corresponds to the category of Pet groomer.
The hours of operation are definitely a draw here and I appreciate the provision of the plastic apron. Nicely maintained so far, with a lot of options for washing your pet. The only suggestion I could make would be to post the pricing. I was grateful for being able to use debit, but I had no idea what was actually being charged, and wasn't able to modify the time frame. Perhaps a "how to" could be posted along with pricing, and you've got a 5star from me. Thanks for adding this amenity in this area of town.
Like a coin self-serve car wash. Really straightforward to use, open long hours. I needed a place open Sunday evening after 5. Can use tap cards or coins. $12. You have to hold the card on the tap sensor a little longer than usual, but it works. Dog still hates having a bath, but this made it pretty quick and easy for him. Worth it to not have the back ache and mess of doing it at home!
I had some trouble with the machines but someone was available on the phone to walk me through it. Take lots if loonies if technology irritates you ???? These machines are great, I ended up spending about $40 but I had to make sure my Golden Retriever was totally dry (double coat). Bring towels! I think they used to provide at this location but maybe not now because Covid.
Easy to use and clean place, just read the instructions before using. I rated it at 4 stars as it is difficult to find convenient parking and it would be really nice if there was somewhere for owners to wash their hands after washing their dog(s), a small sink with soap would be great. Basically it is just like a self-serve car wash but for dogs.
Convenient, clean & well maintained. I ve not encountered more than a 5 min wait to access tubs. The shampoo & conditioner are great and leave my dogs fur feeling soft & smelling very nice for several days following. ☆☆☆☆☆
it's so easy I managed to wash condition and dry to dogs and only 12 minutes.
What ia great spot to go if you want to bath your dog without all the mess at home. Tidy spot only one tub at the moment but there is a sign for a second tub coming. . Everything you need to bath your dog is here. No mess no fuss and my dog seemed why less stressed then at home. Not sure ten minutes is enough to bath a dog. I did the timer twice. And that was more then enough. For twenty dollars to bath your dog and have to bring nothing and no real clean up after was well worth it. I will be back for sure
Great value
Very clean, reasonable price, safe.
Easy peasy! My short haired dog didnt use the whole time. I used the "low" setting on the blow drier to help my dog not be too nervous. I did bring a towel from home to assist in drying. Definately coming back!
It was a great and simple place to bring your dog with the fantastic scented shampoo. If you have a dog that doesn't like loud noises, suggest using a towel and wrap it on their head to make the sound less for them. High power seems to be the best to dry.
We've taken our Great Pyrenees here twice so far and have had a stellar experience each time. The space is well lit and organized, and we love the brushes and treats provided. 24 minutes for $24 is more than enough with a little practice, and way less we were expecting. The hours are great for after work visits and we'll definitely be back soon.
Good little spot. I have a Border Collie and the $10 was more then enough to wash her. The drying however was not as good. I spent 5 mins drying and she was still wet ish. There is towels there and brushes so this is good. I would go again. Just the drying needs to be improved a bit. Everything was clean and they have treats for the doggos.
This dog wash was a very efficient, fast, and easy to use! Lots of room in the bath for two dogs! It was a very great experience for my dogs and I as everything was kept clean and very easy to use. I highly recommend using Furever Clean Dog Wash!
I have an amazing 2 year old Saint Bernard named Fezzik. Since puppyhood, he has abhorred baths, hoses, and rain, but goes nuts for the beach and lakes... and mud (must dive nose first into any mud) Early days of bathing were a hassle, having a puppy bigger than most dogs get, so bathroom floods were common. He also ends up with the occasional skin infection from a hidden hotspot, so bathing. We actually became acquainted with Furever Clean in the spring of 2017, when we brought Fezzy to the dog expo. He wasn’t a fan of it there so we put that idea to rest and continued with our poor sopping pup slipping around our house in dramatic escapes from the tub of doom. Until September of 2018, when Fezzik suffered a CCL tear on a romp. He needed expensive surgery and a complete halt to his usually active and goofy lifestyle. We knew we couldn’t continue to bathe him at home, with all the tile, the tub, hardwood floors. So we went to Furever Clean. We go around 4-6pm on various days and never see anyone else there, which is good for our adhd small bear who had the sheer willpower to try to drag me into walking him the day after major TPLO surgery. To our surprise, Fezzik hops right in to the tub every time without fuss. The machine takes coins, card, and tap (including Apple Pay, Apple watches, etc etc) if you pay by card it’s $10 for $10, otherwise it’s $1 per minute. With me distracting and my husband washing, it takes us 10 minutes to wash and lightly blow dry our entire fussy boy, leaving time to give a rinse of the machine for the next customers. The entire floor is covered in rubber mats and can get kind of wet, but never as slippery as home. They supply waterproof aprons, some treats, brushes and spare towels. The door also swings inward so dogs can’t nose their way out the door when you’re packing up (common problem at our vet!). Overall, every experience with Furever Clean has been great, such a safe place to bathe my high maintenance dog. My only criticisms are that it does get very humid inside, and I wish I could control the water temperature a little bit, but not at all worth any star removals ❤️❤️❤️
Convenient, easy, affordable and another K9000 coming!
Super sanitary and always clean. A really great place to take your puppers for a shower!!
It's ok I guess but there is no one there. I never find any clean towels and there is no table to put the dog on to towel dry.
This place is a lifesaver and worth the $12 easily
awesome!!!
Great service.
Ok if your walking to wash your dog,no available parking!
This machine is Awesome! The shampoo is in the water, nearly all natural, 10 min lots of time for a corgi, the blow dry really works, easy on the back too. Thanks for bringing this to Victoria. Will see you again.
What an excellent find! Never again will I have to participate in "Battle of the Bathtub" and use up all my towels. I have a short haired pupper and the $12 for 12 minutes was perfect. My only suggestion is it would be great if products were scent free, smells like Oma left her sweater at my house.
I and my dog enjoyed the experience but there is no parking. I will be back again until i find that parking is a hassle.
This was a great experience for getting my dog washed! It kept the mess out of my house and the machine was easy to use, fast and super efficient. My dog had the best wash ever and wasn't nervous in the slightest. The owner was really helpful and friendly.
Met the owners, even though this is a self serve location, friendly and very helpful. Affordable and easy to use. The dog still wasn’t impressed about needing a bath though.
Actually really great. It's small and room for one doggy to wait. All caged in nicely. And it's just you and your dog. Very quiet when we were there. So our pooch only took a moment to adjust and realise what was going on. Definitely read all instructions and adjust nossle at the head away from your dog at start to get the right pressure. Vending takes coins or cards. Yes you must park on side street. We will return as the park n walk was worth the quick efficient less stressful experience for pooch. Your not dropping your dog off to groomer. You get to have control. There is however a dog service in same building next door. Cheers. Thx.
Best way to give your pooch a bath!!
We have two Golden Retrievers that love to get dirty! The Furever Clean dog wash machines are so easy to use and easy to get the dogs into. They have saved my back trying to lift a large dog into a bath tub and no more being on my knees! My female detests baths and spraying water. We were really pleased that she tolerated the sprayer in these machines so well. They dispense the shampoo and other products together with the water and get the dogs so much cleaner than I was able to at home. Products rinse so easily and thoroughly and leave a nice light scent that lasts. The full shampoo and blow dry at such an economical price saves a fortune on paying professionals. I also appreciate it is a private space and so easy to prep and handle the dogs without other folks around. Our own personal doggo spaw!!! Highly recommended!!
Couldn't find parking so was not able try it
