Very rude and disrespectful employees and not to mention that the pharmacists hospitality was very poorly response to my health needs, somewhat judgemental because my girlfriend is first Nations, and didn't even have the knowledge and skills to help with our situation especially with the covid19, and never helped me to call my Doctor and although my doctor said if I ran into problems call the on-call doctor immediately without any notice. I sure am not going back at this pharmacy anymore. Especially if you are a first Nations person. They will not help but be racist and follow you around the store.

This used to be a very good pharmacy with courteous and helpful staff. But I can not say same thing now. Recently, I encountered unhelpful and rude staff. When I asked for phone number of the owner to seek help, it was declined. I had very hard time with this pharmacy.

Warning to diabetics, this is not the store for you. They do not sell dextrose tablets and seems to be a bit lacking in knowledge of type 1 diabetes. Along with the fact that the hours are not great (though it is a local business I thinks pharmacy should be open past 7PM) this shouldn't be anyone's pharmacy if they need something quick, that would be Shoppers downs the road. When you do want to support local business this would be the place, even if I seem to dislike this store from my earlier comments it is still a well laid out store with a very, very nice staff on till and in the isles who remember you and will treat you very well.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 18 years, I enjoy going there since I do not feel like a number but a person, I know all the staffs including the one at the front, spend time to talk with me, specialy Lisa who has been so kind to me when needed, I have always consider them part of the medical world , be nice to them and tell them once and a while how you appreciate their work, PS Gerry the owner is the top pharmacist I have ever met Thank you again to all Pierre

This drugstore is the best. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint, which is not the staffs fault, is that there isn't anywhere to sit inside to watch for your cab. Outside, there is plenty of places to sit, but if it rains there is no covered seats. Please remedy this. Thanks.
