Mac came to my house on time, introduced himself, and was friendly and respectful throughout. He worked diligently to clear the roof of moss, treat the moss and then clean the gutters. Not seeming the least bit weary, he went on the wash windows, their frames, and the gutter sides. Everything was sparkling!

We used this company for roof de-mossing, gutter cleaning and window washing. They did a sub-par job of all three, but were quick to return to fix the deficiencies, and in the end, we were satisfied with their work. The estimator promised a service that was not reflected in the quote, and when questioned about it, we were told that the estimator no longer worked for the company. In the end, the company was willing to stand by what the estimator had promised us. Elevate Exterior Washing is a new company with some growing pains, but with time, I think they will emerge as a force to be reckoned with among their competition.

I hired Elevate Exterior Washing to wash my windows, wash the outside of my gutters, and clean the inside of my gutters of debris. Two of the windows were not cleaned, and of the other windows, only the glass was cleaned, they did not clean the sills of the black dirt/grit which accumulates at the bottom and sides of the windows. The outsides of the gutters were washed poorly, missing a great deal of green mold and dirt, and the interior of the gutters were not even touched and yet they charged me for it. I would never use this company again.

Elevate did a great job cleaning the moss off of the roof of my parents home. They also cleaned out the downspouts to ensure there was no obstructions. The dust and debris that came off the roof was also cleaned up and they left the property spotless. they even power washed the umbrellas and decks to ensure all dust was removed. My parents were very impressed with the great job that they did and will definitely be recommending them to other people. Price was also very competitive and fair. Highly recommend this company. We had the opportunty to hire Elevate Exterior Washing to powerwash our eaves, gutters, sidewalks and driveway, as well as clean our exterior windows. For each of these services, the two men did an exemplary job, both in terms of having a pleasant, proffesional attitude and an attention to detail. When power washing, they were very careful with the plants bordering the sidewalks. They also walked me through all of the work, and the few small spots that were missed were quickly dealt with. I hired Elevate to do roof de-mossing, gutter cleaning, and window washing. Unfortunately due to the structure of my house and some miscommunication within their organization, the gutter clean was only partially completed. While I was not satisfied with how that particular service was handled, what I am impressed with is their responsiveness and willingness to correct the error. There were some issues initially, and this would have likely made me leave a bad review. However, I sent them a follow up email explaining my dissatisfaction and reasons and they were kind, respectful and quick to come up with an amicable solution. Running a small business is difficult and with any business there will be some kinks here and there. What I appreciated was how they handled the issues which arose. In the end, the service was completed to satisfaction. This company is one that will listen to your concerns and respect your time. Thanks !
