I was very disappointed. As far as I can tell my sofa looks exactly the same as it did before it was cleaned. There are still stains on it that did not come out. I had it cleaned two years ago and the company took twice as long and treated the stains with a solution before they began shampooing my sofa. I would not use this company again.

Used them a few times. A little pricier than others but they do such a good job. Total professionals. I always receive an honest estimate, then the operative arrives a few days later. Always on time and does a great job. Both carpets & grout. Very highly recommended.

We are selling our house, so I hired Coit Victoria to come and clean our carpets and hardwood. Our realtor had wanted us to refinish the hardwood, but that would have been $8-10,000. Coit charged us about $1,600 to clean the hardwood. They also did our carpet and some furniture. The service and the quality of work was excellent. It was a big job and took an number of days, but the staff were always friendly and professional. The only hiccup was that the hardwood was damaged. The damage was minor, but obvious. However, I do not judge people by the problems, but by how they react when a problem arises. We did panic a bit because we though we may be on the hook for an expencive repair. However, Chris Billson, the area supervisor, was responsive and reassuring. They hired Excel hardwood to do the repair. I gave Excel a 5 star review in their Google space. The first repair was not perfect, so the came back again and made it right. Coit could not have reacted better to the problem and thus deserve a 5 star rating. The carpets were cleaned, the floor shone, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Coit.

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE! And for redundancy purposes: DO NOT HIRE!!! Keep reading if you like reading because it's going to get spicy... Where does one start... a customer service representative cold called my wife to offer carpet cleaning services advertising a promotional 40% off deal. So far so good! She gave the representative all the dimensions of the house and what we would request to include an area rug. We were quoted at $178 with the 40% off deal. Fast forward a month later, the cleaner shows up as scheduled, conducts an assessment of the house and quotes us at $540!!!!! WITH THE 40% DISCOUNT!!!!! I can accept a give or take 10% deviation from the initial quote, but an over 200% increase???!!!! C'mon man!!!! So a few knocks on the cleaner: One, when he came upstairs to conduct the assessment he did not wear shoe covers (could've been an honest mistake, who knows...), and two he told is that no one is currently in the office to see if we can rectify this issue. OH BEHOLD!!!! I called the customer service number and ALAKAZAM!!!!! Someone picked-up (SUPRISE!!!!). So either the cleaner was ignorant or lying (or both...). The customer service representative pulled up the previous call logs from the rep who called my wife and the only note was that we were offered a 40% discount. I asked if it's normal practice to enter a price quote in the call logs because, you know... we're all human, and we forget. The rep said "yes" and I asked why the quote was not entered in the call log. [Crickets]. The rep said maybe the area rug was not entered into the initial quote and there was a misunderstanding. Yea, a nearly $350 misunderstanding!!! She said she will pass this info onto a manager and EARLIEST let us know by Monday (currently Saturday). I guess customer issues are not that immediate. We only scheduled a month out, didn't receive a follow-up e-mail (HELLO!!!! Internet is a thing!!! And uh... e-mail is virtually free). BTW: We scheduled this a month out and internally coordinated this time as I am in the military and as you can imagine have an extremely sporadic and unpredictable schedule. We woke up this morning and properly moved all furniture that we were able to move in anticipation for the cleaning. Now that we had to cancel, there is high potential that my wife will have to schedule a service without me present. She can hold her own, but good luck preparing everything alone... with a toddler... and dogs... An inconvenience to our family is an understatement. If you've made it this far in the reading CONGRATS and I commend your diligence in continuing to read. If you are between choosing this company and another company, for the love of all that is holy in this world: CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! Please let me know if you need this translated into another language; I will provide this service free of charge (although Google can do that too), but that is how beyond frustrated I am.

I purchased a home and Coit cleaned my ducts, tiles and hardwood floors. The were very professional, on time and did a beautiful job. Carl was amazing, really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

Haven't had carpet cleaned in years and with other companies it didn't look much better after. Excellent job done by Coit. There are only a few tough spots that didn't come out but I knew that ahead of time. Looks incredible!

We have a marble floor in our bathroom that hadn’t been sealed properly and only sealed once about 8 years ago when installed. It constantly looked cloudy and dirty. I wasn’t sure if I would have to replace it. The Coit technician came out and professionally cleaned it then applied sealant three times (it was just sucking up the sealant). He made it look almost brand new. Very reasonably priced and he worked diligently to make the floor look beautiful. Very impressed. Would recommend them highly

Several times, while living in Vancouver, I was a very satisfied Coit customer. Coit cleaned our area carpets, the wall-to-wall and also the ducts. When I moved to Nanoose Bay, I was disappointed to learn that I'd moved out of the Coit service area. I spoke to Johnson in Victoria and along with Chris and Carl, we made arrangements to have my carpets cleaned. These arrangements were far beyond what I'd expected and have made me appreciate Coit's dedication to service all the more. The carpets had not been cleaned for sometime; home again, I am very happy with how clean and fresh and almost new, they look. The same excellent result I remember from my Vancouver days. Thank you very much to Johnson, Chris and especially to Carl for their consideration and for going out of their way to clean my carpets.

We had our air ducts cleaned by Christopher and are very happy with the work completed. Christopher is kind and professional to deal with, he was also very flexible and worked around our needs and busy schedule with two small children. Highly recommend Coit for duct cleaning!

I live in Victoria BC had my carpets cleaned by Coit. All the representatives I dealt on the phone and in person were very friendly, professional and accommodating. After the job was done, I had a couple concerns with the way the carpet turned out, so they sent another technician by the name of Carl, who re-cleaned the areas of concern and did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend Coit.
