Chad came by and viewed our property and called with an estimate to clean the gutters, the fascia, and the windows. My gutters have been well done - inside & out. A1 has done a good job - no surprise, seeing how well they did the powerwashing earlier this year. As a bonus, they cleaned off all the leaves, etc. on my deck ! ;-)) - Richard I was really impressed! They cleaned my deck and outside walls on the deck. Right after they cleaned our dining room window, a bird decided to decorate all down the entire length of the window. I saw the young man who cleaned the window and he looked horrified. LOL. Update: Review changed to one star as I made it clear that "Xander" said nothing about going on the roof at all and now the owner is calling me a liar. You guys screwed up, just take this one on the chin. You had plenty of opportunity to talk to me that day face to face but instead you just ran away. Then to further add to the unprofessionalism you waited 2 months to reply to this, why even bother at that point? Original: They do good work but you'll need to triple check with the employee to ensure they do the right work. A1 was hired to clean the gutters at my house, after an awkward introduction with an employee he said they were there to do the gutter exterior/interiors. I confirmed that they were indeed hired to clean the gutter exterior/interiors. A very short time later somebody was up on the roof spraying the moss that was on it everywhere. This was not asked for and I wasn't prepared for it, had I known this was going to happen I would have moved the things which I didn't want to get dirty . Moss, dirt, and crud had now covered my patio, everything on it, and vehicle which left me quite upset. To the credit of the company they went to great effort clean up their mess, and in the end didn't try to charge for the unwanted work (though at one point they wanted to charge for the unwanted services) which took 2 hours longer than expected. The gutters look much cleaner, but the patio looks worse, the car looks worse, and one of my plants has been damaged. I also found it highly unprofessional to slip a bill in the mailbox and leave, while I was at home waiting to pay and hoping for some sort of face to face apology. While the work was good I would not recommend this company due to the stress they caused me, and the unprofessionalism that was displayed.

Estate sale preparation. Had roof cleaned and de-mossed. Very happy with the cleaning outcome of the roof. Gutters cleaned (inside and out) and windows (outside) cleaned. Cleaned up the ground exterior (moss) when finished. Prompt and professional easy to deal with.
