I received my old leather coat yesterday back from the leather restorers at the Press Gallery. I admit I’d gotten pretty cranky by the time it arrived, because it had taken 7 weeks and 2 phone calls to get it back (which explains the 4 stars instead of 5). But that’s not why I’m writing. MY COAT LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!!!! I honestly thought it was on its last legs and I was going to have to invest in a new one, but this coat looks like it’s good for another 10 years, for a lot less than a new one! Thanks Press Gallery.

I have an Oakley Suitcase that I absolutely LOVE! That particular style is no longer made. I looked online at current suitcases available, even with other companies & there wasn’t any that I fell in love with. My suitcase got quite dirty, from years of travelling. I was at the point that I either had to replace it or get it cleaned. Getting it cleaned meant saving money & that I’d get to keep my suitcase that I love. I contacted John from the Press Gallery & asked him they clean suitcases. To my delight he said yes & gave me a quote. I thought the price was fair & arranged for pick-up of the suitcase. It was picked up on time & approximately returned a week later. When I picked up the suitcase, I was shocked. It was so clean & looked brand new. I’m so happy that I didn’t have to buy a new suitcase. I get to keep the suitcase I love. I know it’s just a suitcase, but I love mine. I’m so happy that I contacted Press Gallery, for cleaning of my suitcase. I’ll for sure be recommending them to family & friends.

Dear Walter, you were so friendly, kind and informative in the phone saying that you will be picking up the laundries from the lockers at Windsor park plaza on Thursday. You said to put the cloths in the locker and call and shout out for Walter and everything will be good. So we believed you and put the suit for my interview and called you. But your voice was all flat and different. You said unfortunately you are not able to pick up the laundry this Thursday. How people change before and after making the sale… I got frustrated and got my suit out right away. Dont do business like that. I am so dissapointed in this service and will not use it again. I will recommend my friends and neighbours to avoid using it as well. Goodbye Walter.

I brought my 2 Canada Goose winter jacket for dry cleaning and for both times, Press Gallery did an amazing job. My jackets are still in a very good condition, colors are still as bright. Also, I like this place because the staff are friendly and very considerate. Even Murray, the person who picks up and drops off the items, is very kind. I highly recommend this place for dry cleaning services.

My beautiful (and expensive) black suede Boss jacket was less so after an unfortunate encounter with a chocolate fountain at a rather raucous affair in Calgary a few years ago. I had written it off until Bernie Robitaille said "let us see what we can do". Well... my jacket came back and I was blown away by the results. If you don't really like your clothes to begin with, bring them to Press Gallery! I brought in a basically new solid white t-shirt with toonie sized fresh coffee stain. I picked up (late as they thought they'd lost my clothes) a t-shirt with a grapefruit sized stain AND two new stains in even more prominent places from their cleaning solution. I told them my shirt was ruined and a manager (who was not present when I dropped off my t-shirt) argued my t-shirt came in like that. I think my muddy dog could have done a better stain removal with her paws. Regardless, all I asked for was an accountability and the GM couldn't offer that. Zero customer service. Condescending entitled smirking General Manager. I do not recommend.

i deliberately avoid giving reviews. anyways... i took a leather jacket there to get cleaned, as no one in the city would touch it. apparently it has to go out to toronna (the big city, you know, where dreams are made). it was completed on the promised date, and it was cheaper than what i was quoted. it looks really good. maybe i'm jumping the gun on this review but at this point i am satisfied with everything.

Special shout out to Donnie! He was great in helping me recover an item left in a jacket. I haven't seen such customer care in a LONG time. I can't recall his name, but the clothing/item driver is such a friendly gentleman (This service is such a perk and one of the reasons I only use Press Gallery). As for services, 9/10 Press Gallery does a great job. There is the occasion the item is sent back with the original blemish, but I do appreciate that they re-clean items at no extra cost. I've had lingering problems with the app and have tried to correct it to no help, otherwise this would be a 5/5 review.

Scheduled a pickup a week prior. Day of, they didn't show and no phone call to let me know they weren't coming. Took 3 phone calls to find out they already finished their pickups for the day. No followup from their team and had to phone again to cancel the pickup. Ended up taking my drycleaning elsewhere and will not be using their services again.

The press gallery DESTROYED both my husbands and my Canada goose down jackets. They accepted zero responsibility and blamed me for buying rip offs- which they were not. Over $1000 in jackets I can’t just replace and winter is right now. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS! See you in small claims court “the press gallery! “

I really appreciate that The Press Gallery offers valet drycleaning service. I'm very busy and often don't have time to drop off or pick up my dry cleaning - and when I do drop it off, I often forget to pick it up, or end up leaving it for weeks or more. The valet service means I don't even have to think about it. Beyond this, I tried their designer purse cleaning service on a Coach bag that was very dirty. While the service was not cheap, the purse came back pristine, just like new. You could tell a lot of time and energy went into getting it back to this condition. The Press Gallery is definitely a step above any other dry cleaners I've used.

Not a good experience with my latest pick up today. I asked employees if the advertised summer special discount of 20% would be applied to my wife's dresses and was told "no" that it would be conveniently on my "next visit". The advertised special (pamphlets in front of cash register stated summer special 20% off dresses and shorts) was clearly in effect which only expired August 1st. I dropped almost $300 on cleaning of several pieces (not only dresses) and didn't get the promotion honoured towards the applicable garments. Lame! Might be time to find a new dry cleaner. Shortly after, I received a call from their Customer Experience Manager who took the time to call me directly and apologize plus make the situation right. Kudos to her for the efforts and for looking into the situation. Thanks NL. I appreciated the phone call and acknowledgement.

After 2 weeks of playing phone tag with the manager he offered no compensation, accepted no responsibility and whats worse is they tried to pass the blame on the dress manufacturer. I've been a loyal customer and spent nearly $2000 in the last few years. I was extremely disappointed in management and will not be returning or recommending.

Update I would like to give a shout out to David Miller for the efforts to make this bad experience better. I was told they (store staff) were going hand wash my one of a kind Fedora. Went to pick it up and the top edges are now worn almost through the material. There is no way it was hand washed.

I’ve noticed a huge difference in my clothing Since I’ve switched my dry cleaning over to press gallery. After John took the time to explain to me that press gallery is green compared to other companies as they do not use any bad chemicals I was sold. Their product makes our clothing cleaner and it lasts longer. Also there service is amazing and they return the clothing in just a few days to your door step. SCAM! My brother won some gift cards ($100) at a golf tournament that the Press Gallery donated. He gave them to our daughter to clean her wedding dress. We just picked up her dress and NOT ONLY WAS THERE NOTHING ON THE CARDS, they charged us $600 for cleaning and additional “repairs”we weren’t informed on. They didn’t call and notify us about the repairs or ask us if we wanted it done. They just went ahead and doubled the original quote. If we hadn’t paid it they would have kept her dress. I would never go back to this place. Stay away

BEWARE I sent bedding in and it was delivered with a bill for $28. One large king size sheet Two extra long fitted sheets One double fitted sheet One double sheet I was shocked at the cost , I didn't ask prior to sending them out - so I am paying. Then I check my charge account statement and they charged me again another $45.79 When I called they said that is the cost. REALLY I could buy a new set of sheets for the amount. Unbelievable. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this cleaner. If the customer is charged the cost plus for the product being cleaned it is outrageous. Pick up and delivery is not worth that dollar amount under any circumstance.

Their pick up service is completely unreliable. They missed about 1 in 4 pick ups - one of which led to my clothes being stolen. John promised to get back to me with some offer of resolution but didn’t. Can’t recommend them.

Tried their “delivery service” and first of all, they didn’t even pick my clothes up 2 days in a row, I called to ask why but no answer. When someone finally answered they said they didn’t even see my address on their list and we’re pretty rude about it accusing me of not even making an order. When I finally got my clothes back (4days after I was supposed to) my clothes all had a stale smell to them and stains that weren’t even there prior! Terrible service, staff needs to learn how to treat customers

What a difference it makes to have my cleaning picked up and delivered. For the same price as a dry cleaner where I do the drop off myself they will pick up and deliver to my office. When they first told me it was the same cost I really didn’t believe that a more convenient service would cost the same. After asking questions I understood that storefront locations (like all my previous drycleaners) cost quite a lot to operate. However, having a truck with a delivery driver is much less expensive, so I get the convenience I want for the price I am used to.

I decided to use their counter service as a recommendation from a friend. I had not realized they were located so close to my office. Parking was easy right out front and their staff were friendly. Overall, very satisfied with how they dry cleaned all my suits, dress shirts/pants. My dress shirt/pants look like new with how they pressed them. Prices are reasonable. No complaints here.

I tried to use their locker system in Epcor Tower. I followed the directions on the sign and texted the phone number after putting my clothes in a locker. That didn't work so I called and gave my information, locker number, etc. to the receptionist. Over a week later, I called to check in on my dry cleaning since I hadn't heard back. They couldn't find anything in their system about my dry cleaning or my call to them. I got a code to open my locker and, lo and behold, my dry cleaning was still sitting untouched in the locker. I got to spend the next couple days wearing the same suit while another (dependable) dry cleaner got the work done. Lesson learned - stay away from the Press Gallery, at least in the Epcor building. The system they have doesn't work and when you try to help them make it work, they still can't perform. I'll be using the dry cleaning service from the news stand in the building from now on.

I used their app over 1 year ago and find that the recently charged my credit card without my knowledge a year later stating that I have requested 3 items to be cleaned when I am not even in town. 1/5 will never use or recommend. Review will not change unless the problem is rectified.

This place was recommended to me by my salesperson for my expensive coat. I should have taken the reviews on here more serious. Go at your own risk and always take a before and after photo and do not pay unless you are satisfy with your item. The service was quick, but my coat was returned to me damaged. I went back to show them and they sent it to their tailor and it came back even less appealing to the eye. Tried to resolve it with them and gone back and forth with several email exchange but nothing has been resolved and I haven't heard from them for 2 weeks.
