My washing machine broke down so I stopped here. I loaded two blankets into a triple load, then decided that wouldn't clean them so I would use two double loads. I was stopped and informed that I could not use the doubles as they were too small... Even after I pointed out that I planned to put one in each. Apparently he didn't understand that meant more money for him cause I was informed that his double loads would not accommodate that. My home washing machine does. He should look at getting better washing machines if his commercial double loads can't do what my single load home one can. Needless to say his desire to make more money eh cost him my money. I went to Brentwood. Response to your response not one of my blankets was larger than a queen sized blanket. One was a queen sized mink blanket... The other was a double bed sized 15 dollar Walmart quilt. They were were not massive king sized thick expensive duvets. Further - when I say directly to you "so you are telling me that I am not allowed to use this washing machine?" And you say "no", that is a little stronger than a "recommendation". 47 years on the planet, I've probably figured out washing my laundry by now. Just sayin'

Place is never open. I dont know how they pay rent... and you cant just use the dryers, have to use washing machine too or the old lady with yell at you and kick you out!

Machines work well, attendant was very polite and kind to all the customers including myself. Floor was a bit filthy but expected due to the weather.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE!!!! Driving around Sherwood Park, only to arrive to a closed sign with TWO signs that are different. Frustrating!

Never open don't spend cent here I called a couple times kept getting the voice mail thought I would drive there I get here it's closed during the hours that supposed to be open garbage garbage garbage bad way to do business

Husband and wife owned, both are extremely polite, always open, except Chinese holidays(fine by me) cheapest loads in sherwood Park, always clean, and respectful.

Needs to be cleaned and sanitized. The floors are discussing all around a dirty place. I was there for two hours never seen a machine wiped down after being used. The place needs a good cleaning .

The guy running it is super friendly and helpful, felt very welcomed. The place was very clean and he even took the time to disinfect each machine inside and out after each wash.

What a nice clean place. The lady was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Will be coming back. Like that all the machines are in working order unlike some places I’ve been . Also magazines ,armchairs and laundry aides to make your experience pleasant
