Facility is clean. Lots of washers and dryers. Different sized washers for large or small loads of laundry. The owners are very friendly and helpful if needed. Offer drop off service as well and is very well priced.

Price is alright. But very rude employees. Both the guy and that girl is extremely rude to me and my mother. Denied me services many times because they have other customers. Am I not considered a customer? Definitely wont recommends this place to friends and family.

Best laundromat in Edmonton! Friendly customer service, clean and affordable. I love how hands on they are, readily accessible and are always happy to assist. The machines are big and clean well in a timely manner. Never had any issues or concerns.

Rude, rude, rude! I walked in to hear him berating the ONLY customer for too much soap in the washer. Apparently, drying only isn't allowed so he gave me a hassle about that. When I said I would go elsewhere, he said he would allow me to do it since it wasn't busy. Then he argued with me about how long it would take my load to dry and got upset with me and made snarky comments when I said it would be fine for an hour. I guess he doesn't need the business if he's this antagonistic; I won't be coming here again.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was washing a comforter and she made sure I used a proper sized machine, helped me use the machine, and even helped me fold it afterwards even though it was a little damp (I wanted to finish drying it at home). Great experience, I will return here next time I need to wash a comforter or duvet.

Best place to go. Dropped off my laundry on the way to my workout. The lady behind the counter was friendly, helpful and charming. :) She texted me to let me know that my laundry was done and when I picked up she handed me the handful of embroidery floss that had magically fallen into my laundry. We chatted about embroidery and needlepoint. I'll be back often :)

It's been a while since I needed a laundromat and I was very pleased to see the high maintenance standards still in effect. All the machines appeared to be well maintained. The premises were clean and the owner was attentive while I loaded the washer. Covid rules on distancing are posted and the two other customers were complying. I highly recommend this laundromat. Take loonies and quarters when you go. The super size washer cost 6 loonies and fully drying a full load would run 4 quarters.

The lady behind counter is an absolute sweetheart and the cost for getting your laundry done is phenominal !!! Cleaned, Folded better than i ever have and wonderfully smelling fabric softener. 37 tee shirts 11 pull over shirts 5 dress shirts 1 sweater 2 hoodies 37 pair of socks 30 pair underwear 2 king size sheets 1 plush throw 6 pair jeans 2 dress pants 3 sweat pants 7 bath towels (full size beach) 1 house coat 2 pr shorts 1 pair long johns 148 pcs (one pair socks = 1 pc) Total cost $65 dollars . 99cents a pound had made me realize this could be my new laundry answer !!
