Honestly, the reviews I've read here are great and some bad, but just visit this place on your own time and talk with the staff if help is needed. They will take care of you.

Horrible experience with new owners. They said they would dry clean and fix damaged fabric in my 500$ coat as well as dry clean a suit and some ties. Came back a week later, some other random coat in with my stuff, my coats tag was miss placed so they throw a random coat in? And the ties I got back had huge creases In them, Then they say the coat wasnt ready yet, 3 days later I come for my coat and they decided to sew a random branded patch over the damaged fabric... didnt even ask me first, nice. So we send it back again, now the story is the fabric is hard to work with, say they can put a brand less patch over it, nope I just want my coat back. Owner didnt even refund me. On top of that the coat wasnt even dry cleaned ? Paid 80$ for 2 pants dry cleaned, 1 business jacket, 1 damaged 500$ coat, and two ties with creases in them, nice

Took 4 days to dryclean my winter jacket, when I picked it up it had a few spots with alot of accumulated feathers in balls. They needed another 3 days just to fix that. I normally don't give small buisnieses a hard time, but they could have made that a little more priority so I could have had it back by the next day. They are nice people and prices are not bad at all but they take a long time just to do a single jacket. P. S when picked up the second time it could have been done alot better.

They not only cleaned my clothes to look like brand new, fixed the rip in my pants, but then called.me to tell me about the err. That they fixed and so I knew to send the rest of my damaged clothes as well and gave me a great deal. Picked it up and dropped it off. But did it in just a day as well. I'll never go to another drycleaners again accept for Castledowns Cleanitizing ❤️????????????????????????????‼️

I ended up buying a jacket from Market Place & it had an unbearable odour, that I obviously didn't notice right away. I was pretty adamant on getting rid of that odour.. I dropped off the jacket at the dry cleaners & the scent didn't come out at first. However, I called the dry cleaners & spoke with 2 lovely people & they suggested that I bring it back in for a second time & it would be free of charge. I just picked up my jacket today & the unbearable odour from the previous owner is gone! :) I'm so enlightened with the level of professionalism these people have! They were polite & accommodating & understanding. I highly recommend this location! I'm definitely giving my service to only this location from here on out! Thanks guys.

Is the best dry cleaners to go too! I've been to so many dry cleaners, typically my overall impression has always been average but no wow! What impress me the most about Castledowns Cleanitizing is their professionalism and product knowledge. I've never been to a dry cleaner where they have provided me a detailed product knowledge on stain removal and their cleaning process and the work that is put into. When I returned to pick up my 5 WHITE Dress shirts and 3 suits which are not cheap that I purchased at Harry Rosen's. I could NOT believe the how clean my WHITE DRESS SHIRTS and the way my SUITS were pressed. Lets just say when they TALK they came out DELIVERING!!!! Price wise is comparable to Press Gallery and Page Dry Cleaning, but BETTER!

To start with the staff, they are incredibly professional, polite, and very friendly. With current situations as they are (Covid 19), you can walk in with ease knowing that there is hand sanitizer right at the door and the staff will be masked up when approaching to deal with the customer. They highly sanitize everything and treat your clothes with the respect they deserve. At the same time though, if you are still wary of contact or perhaps cannot travel to their location, they do free pick up and delivery within the city. They also have an app called Serv that is easy to use and aids with the delivery/pickup though it's not necessary. Just another way of being helpful. Highly appreciate the service they provide and will definitely be going back.

Best dry cleaning service, I dropped off my wife's leather jacket that had a Cat pee stain. We called so many dry cleaners if they do leather cleaning, surprisingly not many does leather and suede cleaning. They were amazing and so professional. My wife was so happy that the stain came off and the jacket looked liked it was when she first bought it. Thank you Cleanitizing! Highly recommend to bring your leathers or suedes here, they know what they're doing!

I have been with Castledowns Cleanitizing DryCleaners for more than 5 Years and the level of utmost professionalism, as well the product with respect to the drycleaning services is Amazing. There are times where my dress shirts and dress pants dont need cleaning, but the Experience I have with Moe and Staff are awesome. They treat me like family and the owner is like a father to me with always great advice. This store is a safe space for young families like myself who want to start up a business, and talk to a well respected man like Moe whos been in business for over 25 + years. seems like new owners(but thats retail I guess) but service is the same, pricing is good and there is some sorta app they are using as well. more than anything it seems to be the only dry cleaners that I know of that will do pick up and drop off and not charge more.
