This Laundry belongs to the category of Laundromat.
Open late, change machine, multiple loads done fast and huge dryer did it all in one shot!
A dirty and generally unpleasant experience. Too many machines out of order. Dryer ate my coins. You can tell the owner does care about you or your laundry. Avoid this place entirely.
Laundry
Sorry to say I’m very disappointed. The lady working there was rude. They do not have interac pos available I had to go to the seven eleven to use the bank machine. The change machine takes 5% of my money. Several machines don’t work. The change machine provides a mixture of loonies and quarters. But the dryers only take quarters so I have to use the 5% change machine again. They will not allow you to fold your clothes. This place sucks. Avoid it at all costs.
It's good but more expensive than my expectations.
place is dirty. laundry machine/dryer are way way expensive.
Got ignition and door keys cut for my 45 year old motorhome. Owner took the time to find a perfect match and tested each key to ensure it worked. I did not get that kind of service from the retail store that tried to cut a key for me last year! Thanx
It's a small location and can get very congested there, it cost $16 for 80lbs machine and around $8 to dry it in 50lbs machine which I found pretty steep.
I didn't like how I was being watched like I was a prisoner. She yelled at me through intercom and said hey you what are you doing. I said I'm looking for an outlet to plug my phone in. Then she said no plugins go away. Then I said but I have laundry in the washer. She was arogant
Cute little Asian couple owns the place. I had to do a batch of laundry being my washer and dryer were out of commision. Decide to try them out. Only cost $5.50 to wash and dry an average size batch of clothing. I'd definitely reccomend them. They are very nice and were able to provide me change for $20 dollar bill.
This place smells incredibly bad and the owners are jerks
Very good
Clean, lots of machines of various sizes. Good price. Not too busy.
They charge 5% to get change which is outrageous. And their dryers are $2 each, meaning if your load is not quite dry after the first $2 and you just want to dry it a few more minutes, you have to pay an other full $2. The place was also filthy and smells moldy. And the Chinese lady there is very rude.
Great
Always machines available, and they will give you change if you ask.
The greatest staff I ve ever met, polite and courteous, lots of huge washers and dryers,
Over price tailor ,and do not ask why the owner will get very angry.
Convenient when you have to do a lot of laundry at once.
What a dump. It looks like the floor is cleaned once every ice age. This should have warned me off. Many of the machines are broken. I picked a washer, and then dryers that did not have "Out of Order" on them. Washed a large load of clothes. $8. That seemed to work ok. Dryer #1 that I tried, accepted $5 and would not run. No matter what temp cycle or start button I pushed (even tried upper/lower). Dryer #2, $4. Same result. I left the remaining $3 from my $20 (that I had to walk to the 7-Eleven for, no ATM available, $3 service charge). I figured you earned it, Blue Quill. I will never be back.
Not happy with the service.
first u pay $1,00 per 20$ to use the washer and dryers then there's not one basket in the entire place then the dryers don't count money and u can't start the top and bottom dryer only one at a time but the machine doesn't tell u that. no emergency number.to. call nothing. stay far away really bad money grab then no one to answer
Dryer ate my coins and didn’t work, it sucks
Opens late until 01:00AM (automatic closing timer). So, it's quite compact but a lot of neat washers machines (double loads 20lb~ to maximum 80lbs) and dryers (double loads 15lb~ to maximum 50lbs). The location has coin machines, washroom (only available during attendant's shift), soaps to degreasers, heavy dirt washer, and shoe/boot dryer.
Very clean & tidy. Nice enough service. They even cut keys and do high heel and handbag repairs. Would be perfect if it wadnt almost $10.00 to do one load of laundry
This place is a scam! Their machines, which are already very expensive, lie about the required amount of money for a load. I put in $12 into a dryer that said it need $8, and it still required more coins. (This machine also only required $6 for a dry last week) Avoid this place at all costs.
Nice
Decent laundromat, with great machines.
Doesn't follow provincial health matters in regards to masks for covid19
Not so cheap as expected
A dirty and generally unpleasant experience. Too many machines out of order. Dryer ate my coins. You can tell the owner does care about you or your laundry. Avoid this place entirely.
The lady was rude and couldn’t answer a simple question. Will probably never step foot in this location due to the horrible phone conversation about their facility.
Good place with lots of varieties of machines, great service and even has key cutting and zipper repairs.
Had used this business several times to clean our duvet blanket and due to our being out of town, missed the disclaimer of “No claims honoured after 30 days from date of invoice”. When I called today to ask about my picking it up, the lady said “Can’t find it”. That was the totality of the explanation. I then further inquired whether they got rid of the blanket or why they didn’t try calling me if it went over the due date (which no one told me about). Again, there was the simple response of “we don’t have it” and then just hung up the phone. She then called me back and said “we have your signature that you picked it up”; I asked her what was the date and she said April 8th. That wouldn’t have been possible as I wasn’t even here during that time. She was speaking rudely and didn’t let me even speak hardly at all during that conversation. I let her know I did not pick it up and she then again hung up the phone on me. Truly one of the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with and a shame as I try and go out of my way to work with small businesses. In this case, I wouldn’t trust anyone to do this again except a bigger operation with a brand I can trust and wouldn’t trust this store to do any kind of work. They should be embarrassed for the way they worked with me as I actually consult with businesses on customer service - this is an example of what not to do in every possible way. If you’re thinking about using this company, don’t and go to another.
Worst laundromat I've been to. Stay Away! Very overpriced. Filthy! It cost us 25$ to wash & dry 3 regular loads. There's no sink to wash your hands and the filters are disgusting.
Lots of machines and open until 1am.... A little more $$ than others I've used but the late hours makes up for it!
Open from 6am-1am Only problem I have is they only have one machine for work clothes
Great hours
Great place with lots of choices ????
Just an average laundry mat.
Nice clean good place to do wash
Very expensive will not use again
Lots of machines small $4 to extra large $16. Make sure to bring coins. Coin machine available, but a there is a service fee. Good hours. No washroom. Don't always feel safe in the area alone. But its the owners that make me feel unwelcome. Not friendly at all.
$$$$$$$$ If there was a zero I will put a zero
The staffs are helpful. The shop provides variety of services such as key cuts, masks etc. The washers are OK. The dryer is big enough to dry 30lbs of clothes all at once.
I have been using this drop off service to wash our comforters since we moved to the neighborhood about a year ago. The owner is always rude when picking up and dropping off. Each time I drop off she increases the price by a couple dollars. Probably why they don’t have a price list posted on the wall anywhere. When she tried to charge me $32 per comforter this time I told told her last time she only charged me $28. Her response was if I wanted it cheaper to do it my self. Thanks for the advise I found another place within reasonable distance to do them for $22 where there lady was delightful to deal with. Additionally if paying by cash at this location you’ll notice she doesn’t punch it into the till, simply pockets the cash.
Everything with this laundrymat was fine. Price was ok. The only thing is they charge a fee to use change machine. I never seen that before in my life. Lol . If you come here its best bring enough change.
Prices are to high .. 650 for a double load and your charge a dollar to get change from the Chang machine
The hours of operation for the laundromat are awesome and very convenient. However, as for the dry cleaning end of this business I would definitely NOT recommend. I brought in three winter jackets and a fur and leather hat last Christmas. Was called to pick it up later that week. One of the jackets still looked rather filthy (stained) but was old so couldnt complain, but the fur hat- was still crusted with Slurpee all thoughout the fur trim and the leather was sticky and could visibly see the Slurpee dried on it so I brought it back and she said the would send it away again. Never recieved a call so went back a couple months later she gave it to me, I looked at it once I got to my car and it was in the EXACT SAME CONDITION. Again she said she would send it away. Couple months later after again recieving NO CALL I went back and it happened all over again. I gave this hat back four times and on the fifth time checked it right in front of her- then told began to request a refund to which she cut me off mid sentence stating NO REFUNDS. I told her I had only recieved one phone call for pick up and that was almost a year ago when I brought it in with the jackets. She told me that she sent it away five times and that they couldn't get it clean cleaner than what it was and I told her that half the fur on that hat was clean because I had rinsed it with water prior to bringing it initially and really that's all it would take to get it to come clean, because it was afterall- just animal fur...she wouldn't even listen, just kept saying no refunds over and over.
Small and to get change from a change machine u have to pay (20 gives u 19 dollars) dryer machine is $5 for 48 mins.. I haven't used $10 to dry 3 loads before... Don't know how their washing service is ????
Opens late until 01:00AM (automatic closing timer). So, it's quite compact but a lot of neat washers machines (double loads 20lb~ to maximum 80lbs) and dryers (double loads 15lb~ to maximum 50lbs). I have never stepped foot in a Laundromat before today but our washer/dryer broke. The owners were so friendly and helpful with getting me set up. They have change onsite (but have no ATM). The space is clean and lots of variety of machines.
I used their services to replace a broken zipper on my wife's winter jacket, they did it for a great piece and couldn't even tell they did any work to it...zipper works great, they also have fair pricing on their dry cleaning too
Don’t go here. The customer service leaves much to be desired. Which I could forget if they did a fabulous job, but for my wash/Dry/fold they did an awful job, my 1 year old could have folded better - it’s was more money then most of the same services and they did a really terrible job folding. It was so disappointing.
Be aware, that the prices here are quite expensive. Regular load of laundry will be over $10. It's 5.50 for a wash and $5 minimum for any drying. The laundromat on 99th and Whyte is waaaay cheaper (half) and has WiFi. Only thing going here is longer hours open but you pay for that
Very Accommodating..
