I would have given a zero star to this store if I could. There were some small holes in both sleeves of my winter jacket and I wanted them to get fixed. I asked the seamstress if she can fix it and she said yes. She gave me an exact date to go and get my jacket. I went to the store 4 times (after the date she gave me) to get my jacket and each time my jacket wasn’t ready. They even had a hard time to find my jacket in the store… Finally, the fifth time that I went to the store, my jacket was ready, however, there were still two holes in a sleeve that weren’t fixed. I asked her very politely the reason that she couldn’t fix the holes. She said that I leave the jacket again and come back to get it later. Long story short, she started shouting at me and she wanted to call the police. Just imagine calling the police for a customer who didn’t receive the service!!! She told me that with the money that I paid, she can only do so much. I didn’t ask for a discount. I asked for a good service that you can’t provide it. The seamstress is very rude, unorganized and doesn’t have any idea about a good customer service is. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

On the website, for this specific store, it is written : "3h service (even Saturdays)" and "5h service (even Saturdays). So, going there on a Friday morning (before 9 a.m.), one could expect to have his shirts cleaned and ready to pick up before the end of the day. However, I've been told : You'll have them on Monday, because nobody is available to work on shirts on Saturdays... Ok, but today is Friday... So, no shirt for tonight. I don't even know yet if my shirts will be well cleaned, but what's sure is that next time I'll go somewhere else !! And at least, remove the "3h and 5h service" from the website !

Best drycleaner ever. Updated equpment. I can't tell anything about service, I don't speak about wether, just drop off and pick up my stuff, so far service is well. I need quality, not false smiles.
