This is by far the best dry cleaning service I have used. The staff is friendly, they actually knew me by name on my second vist. I often forget money in my pockets and their is always in an envelope waiting for me at pickup. Fast turnaround too! Example: if they tell you it will be ready the next day. It's not uncommon to get a text the same day letting you know your clothes are ready for pickup. I recommend it strongly. I don't leave reviews often but they deserve it. You can tell they put a big effort in making you feel appreciated as a customer.

I have lived in the Dollard for 11 years and have tried every dry cleaner. No one does a job like Nettoyeur DDO. The owners professionalism is 10/10. He remembers your name, and is always with a smile on his face. The work is always next day but chances are you will get a text message that your order is ready same day. His Seamtress is perfect. And his dry cleaning quality is even better. He is 100% green which is impressive! Walking into this place, you will be surprised how modern and clean everything is. All the staff are friendly and bilingual They once found $85 in my pocket. They put it in an envelope and stapled it to the plastic on my order. I would have never remembered I had money in my suit. NOTHING BUT HONESTY! This should be the only place you go for dry cleaning and alterations in the West Island.

My 17 yr old son had brought in a pair of work pants to have 2 coin size patches. He was completely taken advantage of and charged 33$. When my wife went to pick the pants up and metioned that it seemed a little pricey, she was laughed at by the employee! I will make sure to let alot of people know how a child was cleary taken advantage of. Unfortunately my son has learned a valuable lesson and now realizes that certain businesses really don't care about clients and are just money hungry vultures. Your response unfortunately makes 0 sense. When hemming pants 3" or 10" the labour and materials don't change. When a patch of 1/4 inch or a patch of 3feet are needed there is a large difference in labour and material used which would normally mean different costs. Thanks for the useless response.

My daughter brought in her bridesmaid's dress to Nettoyeurs DDO 3 days before her sister's wedding, in the hopes that Rishi (the owner) could undo the damage that a different dry cleaner had done to her dress. The dress had numerous white patches and spots, which if couldn't be removed, made the dress unwearable. Rishi took it upon himself to immediately start the process of analyzing the stains, and worked on the dress all day, treating it 3 times and finally being able salvage it. He did an excellent job, called us as promised by the end of the day to tell us the good news and delivered a perfectly cleaned, steamed dress. The service was exceptional. I would recommend Nettoyeurs DDO to anyone who wants efficient, timely and professional service, and someone who goes out of his way to help those in last-minute predicaments.

(Translated) Great service! Two weeks ago I had a very important event and I found my dress at the last minute (barely a week in advance). I explained the situation to the owner and he guaranteed me that my dress would be ready, especially since I would not be in Montreal in the meantime. My event was Sunday, knowing that the cleaners are closed on Sunday, I went to pick up my dress on Saturday (because I am always last min). BUT!!!! the cleaner closed at 3 a.m. I panicked and I finally found his personal numbers and he was kind enough to come back to his store and give me back my dress. The gentleman is very kind, courteous and polite. Great service! In addition to being perfectly bilingual (in the west island). The prices are very comparable and the service is very well done and professional. Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you so much!!!!! (Original) Un super service! Il y a deux semaines j'avais un évènement très important et j'ai trouvé ma robe en dernière minute (à peine une semaine en avance). J'ai expliqué la situation au propriétaire et il m'a garantis que ma robe allait être prête, surtout que je ne serais pas à montréal entre temps. Mon évènement était dimanche, sachant que les nettoyeurs sont fermé dimanche, je me suis rendus pour récupérer ma robe samedi (parce que je suis toujours last min). MAIS!!!! le nettoyeur fermait à 3h. J'ai paniqué et j'ai finalement trouvé son numéros personnel et il a été assez gentil pour revenir dans son magasin et me rendre ma robe. Le monsieur est très gentil, courtois et polis. Un super service! En plus d'être parfaitement bilingue (dans le west island). Les prix sont très comparables et le service est très bien fait et professionnel. Très satisfaite de mon expérience. Merci énormément!!!!!

A month ago, I brought my wool and fur coat to be dry-cleaned. I explained that it had stains (stains that I was later able to remove with water) and smells like cat urine. I asked if it would be possible to clean it, they assured me that the coat will be clean, it cost 80$. After 2 weeks they called me saying the coat was ready, I went to pick it up and the coat was exactly the same as it was when I gave it to them, the creases where in the same spots, clearly you could see that they did not do anything with the coat. I asked the lady to either keep the coat and clean it properly or refund me the $80 and I would take it elsewhere to be cleaned. They decided to keep it and assured me that it would be clean when I came back to pick it up. Today I called to see if it was ready (I has not heard anything back from them for over two weeks…) the owner told me it was ready. I went to pick up the coat and again, was exactly the same, still not clean and still smelled of cat urine. I politely asked the owner to be refunded, as this was not acceptable, and he proceeded to be rude and yell at me for at least 30 minutes (in front of another client…). He finally said that he would talk to the specialist he supposedly sent it out to be cleaned, and if he got refunded, he may consider a refund at that point. He kept my coat and refused to give me back my original receipt that said I paid the $80 to have the coat cleaned, instead he gave me a new receipt at $0. I left, embarrassed and mortified that anyone would treat their paying customers this way. My sister went back and got the coat and the owner told me that no money will be refunded. As a paying customer you have the right to be treated with respect, and to receive the services that you paid for. In my case I had a horrible experience with this place and I will never recommend Nettoyeur DDO to anyone.

Paid 40 for tailor and dry cleaning. Tailor was fine but the suit was covered in lint and hair. Waste of money

Horrible quality, I would say no quality at all. The owner is so unprofessional and impolite. When I’ve asked him to renverse the money that I ‘ve paid because the cloth still was in horrible condition . The OWNER answered me that if I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR CLEANING , I SHOULD NOT EVEN BUY SUCH AN EXPENSIVE CLOTHING. The owner was screaming on me when I’ve talked to him on the phone and in person. He just kept my money without even cleaning the item that I brought. Won’t recommend it to anyone. Simply horrible

I have to do a shout out and highly recommend our local Nettoyeur DDO on Sources who do an amazing job on our dry cleaning and have done some fantastic repair jobs on clothing! My husband has been going to them for many years and I’ve been going since moving here 4 years ago, and I am so happy to support a kind local business that does a great job….especially during Covid where they’ve lost so much business with people working from home and not going on business trips. They always remember us and have repaired torn clothing I thought I’d have to do without (most recently a favourite lace beach cover up that was beautifully repaired). Please remember our businesses hurting during these trying times. ????

Nettoyeur DDO came highly recommended by friends for my wedding dress. I live in Hampstead and made my way to Dollard to get it cleaned. There was so much dirt at the bottom not to mention red wine on the back. I was worried because of the decorations. They got everything cleaned. Like new! I can’t recommend this place enough.
