I recently had 2 carpets “cleaned” using this service. Orginally their team member (guess this is a commission based company) Geroge came to my house. He made promises that the carpets would look brand new, even made fun of the carpet cleaning competitors. To be fair one of the rugs was in pretty rough shape, my moms dogs had done a number on them over the years. I outwardly questioned whether it was worth saving. My second carpet had one urine stain. George said that the carpets would be like new but warned I’d have to pay a premium. $2000.00 dollars... but that was supposed to buy me piece of mind that o would have beautiful clean carpets upon their return. I was told it would take a month. 6 weeks go buy and I get a call that my carpets will be an additional $350 to clean. Above my original $2000+ Quote. I had to agree, they had my carpets. Doubt started to creep in, but George comvinced me again that progress on the cleaning was going well. George came a month later, now 10weeks in total. Both carpets were totally ruined, and the badly soiled rug reeks of animal urine and cleaning solution. The carpet with one stain is now a totally different color than original and the one stain is tripple the size. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam and will now not pick my up calls. I have contacted a lawyer and will be filing a claim.
