This laundromat has a lot of services and a comfortable atmosphere. There is cable, wifi, computers (for those without a smartphone), coffee, treats and toys for the kids, and comfy chairs. I cannot fault the services provided, but there is one complaint with the service provided. I found a hockey puck in the toy box which could have been left by a previous child's visit, so I thought to alert the lady working, Trudy I believe her name is. I politely told her that I found a hockey puck in the toy box and did she know it was there? She replied, "Oh, ok" (just a noncommittal response). I was a little puzzled and so I tried again. I asked if she wasn't worried about it being there, to which she replied, "No, why should I be?". I just told her that I kind of thought it would be a danger to little ones playing in the toys, not to mention a danger to Windows, TV screens, and computers! I left it at that, but on closer inspection I discovered brown bits of plastic, broken crayons, a pistachio, and some bits of tissue in the toy box. I should also add that from then on she wouldn't even acknowledge our presence. So, if you take kids to this place just watch them closely.

Quiet and clean, The Laundry Basket has exceptional customer service. Laundry detergent pods are 75 cents each. Basic wash is $3.50 a load. There is free wifi, TV with two comfy leather chairs, two computers and lots of snacks and drinks on hand to buy. There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom and there are three entrances to the laundry mat. Dry cleaning services are available here. There are four large industrial machines here as well.

Very in your face about how your doing your laundry. Told me they don't have any rolls of loonies. Insisted I use the double and triple loaders for my blankets that cost me 13$. I could have used 4 single for $8.

Never recommend this place, the lady with red hair is racist, she told us to wait outside in the rain and told that there are enough people inside , and we were standing outside for 5 mins then one lady came and she let her enter, instead of telling her that we were waiting from 5 mins . She never keep the machines clean there is always dogs or cat hair all over the machines even inside also. Never pay attention to the customers always on her phone texting.

This is our goto laundry mat. The stores around it keep changing but this has been here forever. They sell snacks and drinks as well as laundry services.

The guy is miserable, rude and aggressive. Wanted to do wash only which takes 25 mins and he tried to refuse because it was 5.45pm. Because I argued he then tried to refuse cash for debit because it's only $4 but eventually did it but all but threw the money at me.....I wouldn't mind but 2 days before I did exactly the same loads at exactly the same time with much less attitude. This guy should not work with the public.

I used to really like this place but I think they've changed the staff or something. the new lady doesn't keep it nearly as clean, doesn't wipe out the gasket in the washers. during my time here I noticed her looking at her phone with her mask off the whole time while also coughing? I had to get change from her and felt like I was interrupting the conversation she was having with someone at the counter area.

Great service here. Machines are great especially the commercial machines. Only 18 minutes for a wash and the huge dryers do a great job. Nice tables to fold on as well. Good little hang out area with wifi. Definitely will always be my go-to spot for laundry. We've also had them do our wash and dry for us and folding. Not cheap, but they do a fantastic job. They offer unscented detergent for that service too. ????

So clean and the staff are mostly wonderful. Takes about an hour but you can watch TV while you wait. Have a coffee or a snack! Be aware that not all staff follow COVID protocols. One of the workers often puts her mask under her nose.

The top load washers are 2$, dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes. The place is relatively clean. You can use your debit or credit card to get coins. They of course sell soap and fabric softener products. Pop/water and munchies too. No public wifi. There is a public washroom. Hours are 8 am to 7 PM each day. I would go back.

Incredibly rude owner. Really needs someone else on the phone. I tried to call, got a very angry response to asking the rates for the machines. Was told to just bring my clothes and I will find out, he rudely told me just come an do your laundry and then he hung up. Needless to say I'll go somewhere else.

Facility is clean. Ungodly hot though. Only 3 working large capacity washers. Staff was not friendly and made one feel they were intruding on their social time. Machines frequently won't accept coins. If you forget detergent, they charge $1.00 per pod!!!!!! So don't forget!! Damn good profit right there. Despite spending over $40 on laundry, claiming to having TV for customers and that no one watching it of the less than 4 that were in the business, employee refused to allow use of remote to change channel citing they only have 2 channels which we knew to be a lie since they flipped through several others 10 minutes later. Just petty control, but some people covet it. Wi fi is free. Stream away. :)

Guy was so rude. I entered this place with my service dog and the guy working began yelling to get her out. I told him she was a service dog and showed her card before he would calm down. Then, I only had a couple of blankets to wash but he wouldn't let me pick a machine and instead insisted I use a larger machine and sold me two laundry pods when I only needed one. I tried to sit where I could watch my laundry and he insisted I sit at the front. Then he told me which dryer to use instead of letting me choose one like everyone else there got to. Did my laundry and never going back! This guy is a tyrant! Any good reviews were paid for.

I won't be coming here again! Not a soul in the place parking lot is dead... you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet here... every machine was available and I was so happy I could get my laundry done... or So I thought... then I was told I was only allowed to do three loads of laundry and I could come back the next two days and do one bag of laundry per day... Excuse me but I will take my business somewhere else that won't stop me from doing all the laundry I need to get done

I walked in and the owner was being rude, bossy and was talking over top of all the customers in there. While I was putting the blankets in the washer he was standing over top of me. Then he approached me stating I must do my laundry in the back room so I had to empty the washer that had 2 blankets in it This guy is a creep.

If you hang dry any of your clothing I strongly recommend you do not wash them here. We are currently renovating our laundry room so went to the Laundry Basket to do laundry. I have a number of T-shirts and other clothing that I prefer not to put in the dryer. Didn't realize until I went to fold the laundry this evening after it had hang dried for a few hours that there was lint, hair and all sorts of disgusting stuff all over a number of my items of clothing from all three loads that I did. I have no choice but to wear the less disgusting shirts however some of them will need to be rewashed before wearing as they came out of the washer dirtier than they were when they went in. The stuff that went into the dryer seems ok, whatever was on them probably is now in their lint traps, however I found the dryers took a long time and quite a few quarters to get stuff dry enough to fold and put away, something pretty common in most laundromats I've found. I have used laundromats numerous times when camping on vacation and have never had this issue before.

WORST customer service I've EVER dealt with! The man working had the nerve to full out yell at me and tell me what a problem I was because I followed the directions on the machine. 'When all lights are off and no spinning laundry is done' there was obviously a problem with the machine so when I opened it after the machine hadnt done anything more and the lights were off some water came pouring out. I closed the machine right away and he wouldnt even allow me to speak and point out what the machine said. I loaded my sopping wet clothes and went elsewhere.

The top loaders wash your clothes but when it is time to drain, it drains half way then fills up with the dirty water clean water ro rinse..been doing this for a year...thought maybe they would fix it..won't be using this place again..3x and I'm out
