This is worst store I ever seen in my life. Owner doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. He always spits from his mouth. He was very rude. And dirtiest store in BC. Doesn’t know how to talk english just speaks “everything everything”. Never going back there again. Support not to go in this store. Go to kwantlen square laundromat it is on 72 and 126st.

This is the worst laundry shop ever ! Customer service is too poor , they don’t know how to behave with the customer , i would never prefer this laundry again , they must show some respect towards customer man !! I wish i could complaint against their rude and intolerant behaviour!!

The lady at the mart is very rude. Saw her being so rude to a eardly couple last week. They couple got so embarrassed an upset. I wouldn't go there anymore. The guy is really nice and helpful.

Clearly advertised as a coin laundromat. I went in to use the dryer, since might not working. My washer works fine so I wash my clothes at home. When I told her I needed to use the dryer and to buy some bounce sheets she told me I had to wash and dry I could not just dry. Never heard of that anywhere else before. Doesn't make sense that you want no business instead of some business . In response to your rude reply, you are a laundromat, not a laundry room. Maybe look up the right definition. I did and this is the first definition in Google for definition... NORTH AMERICAN definition noun an establishment with coin-operated washing machines and dryers for public use. Your policy is like saying if you go out to a restaurant you have to order a drink, appetizer, dinner and dessert, not just somethings. Oh well, your loss. Of course first place I went next was more than happy to allow me to use their dryers (as is every other laundromat I have ever been to) They were also friendly. As well if I chose to, I could have folded my laundry on premise ( unlike your policy). They also were cleaner and had nicer machines. No wonder your location isn't busy. Clearly a poor business model and you seem very uninterested in making money or gaining customers.
