Very good service. Cleaned a cream waterproof coat amazingly well. Told me in advance that it would take 4 days due to the deep clean required. So, lost a star for slightly slower than I wanted, but when we were both unsure it was possible to clean (grime in cuff seams), pretty darn good.

I took my jeans for alteration. They altered one leg shorter than the other. When I took the jeans back to them, they said they can't do anything about it and it's not their fault because they contract their alteration service from an external tailor. Asked me to leave the jeans with them so that they can show it to the contractor and come back a week later. When I went there a week later, they said - too bad, we can't do anything about it. It was an expensive jeans which is now a total waste. They still charged me for the alteration.

Brought a Referee Jersey to Scott Road Dry Cleaners to have the Zipper Replaced, on a Tuesday, & they accepted the work for a price of $15 & we agreed I would pick it up Friday. I showed up Friday @ 1pm & initially the same lady that had accepted my item had no idea what I was talking about then remembered & found it on a desk to the side. The Zipper was not replaced & the lady told me some story about another lady not wanting to do the work. I asked why she hadn't called me to let me know so I could take it somewhere else & she told me another story, while laughing, something about she didn't want to call & just waiting until I came to pick it up. Terrible responses & terrible Customer Service. I won't be back & recommend others go elsewhere as well.

Brought my lengha here that was quite dirty from the bottom as it was a bit long on me and they got every stain out and made it look brand new again! Would highly recommend!

I have been using this laundry for last 2 years (Approx 3 to 4 times a year). Last visit I gave a suit for dry clean & I was given back a torn suit (one inch tear) and the lady said that it torn from before. This was the biggest lie I have ever heard. Will never use this again & would ask everyone to stay away from this laundry. Please check the picture: It says "We love our customer on the hanger" & the experience was totally the opposite.

Avoid this place, they lady there has a terrible customer service, lost a returning customer. They argue over couple of dollars with a customer, really? My suit was not even fully clean, didn’t bother going back, I went somewhere else. There are others in the area, avoid this place, they’ll just give you a bad day.

I forgot to pick up my brother's wedding reception tuxedo on a Saturday and his reception was on Sunday. This dry cleaner is closed on Sundays. I tracked down the email address on Google and the owner responded and met me there the next morning to ensure I had the tuxedo on time. It's hard to find this kind of service these days. Highly recommended! Oh and the tuxedo was perfect. Thank you again!!

Great service, my go to for all my needs! Everything is done in a timely manner, I have never had an issue with dry cleaning services and tailoring services. Recently got two expensive wool coats altered and was very impressed with the result!

Don’t give your embroidered Indian suits to her. She will ruin them. I gave an expensive gold suit with gold crystals on it. Most of the crystals are missing, to the point I can not wear it again. Called her to ask if she by chance kept the crystals while they were falling off and she said I put it in the machine and they must have come off there.

Very bad customer service! They have coupons available but every time I try to use it, the lady makes a different excuse for why it is not valid even though there are no restrictions written down. If you don't want to discount your services, then simply don't offer coupons in the first place. Avoid this place! You can find other dry cleaning services nearby
