Large enough machine to wash and dry my 53" tall giant stuffed moose! The lady was super helpful in helping me use the machines (I've never been to a laundromat before) and the prices are reasonable. Moose is clean and dry, and I'm so happy I didn't need to do it by hand!

Very clean and staff is very helpful. Prices are also reasonable. I see a lot of comments about them being strict on dryer usage. Some people come in just to use the dryer and on the busier days they will not let walk in customers use the dryers only just to avoid incovenience the customers that are using their washing service as well ( which I think is fair ).

This place is really awesome and the owners make you feel welcome. Very clean facility as removal of lint from the dryers are done everyday. Ample of room to fold laundry and price is very reasonable as well.

Very Unprofessional Ownership..Lady at front who works at coin laundry Issuing parking tickets to her own customers just to making commission from Parking Services.I parked there and Rush to nearest Place to get some change to do Laundry and After coming back I have seen ticket placed on My Car For 74 dollars.. When i asked why i get ticket She don't even understand and She don't want to listen anything..What A Great idea to Get Ripping off their customers. Never ever go to this location again.. Such a Fool Lady. Guys Be Careful of this scam...

Everything good but they get super greedy when it comes to drying clothes. They will insist you to use two dryers when the load is not even half the one dryer load. Rip off in that department. If you say no, they will give you really bad looks.

Good to average place to wash your dirty clothes, but PLEASE do not, never ever in your whole life, and as long as you are breathing, use washer number 17. The washer sucks and your money, which is hard earned will be wasted approximately 2 dollars and 25 cents. Do not use washer number 17. Otherwise, this place is average to good for washing your clothes.

Having been to more than 100 laundromats around the province, I can assure you, this is by far the worst. Not only is it overpriced, but the owners also feel some particular need to follow you around to watch and dictate how you use the machines. They would not even allow me table space to fold my laundry and gestured me to the door before I'd even finished unloading the dryer. One of the poorest displays of customer service I've witnessed in my 30 years on this planet. Wouldn't return at gunpoint.

I gave the woman at this laundromat/dry cleaners an almost impossible task- she went above and beyond. She was able to remove an enormous dirt stain from my white skirt. She is magic!

I've been going to this laundromat off and on for over ten years, even though I've moved and there are other laundromats closer to me. I may be changing my mind given the experience i had on my last 2 visits. Pros: VERY clean. They clean the washers of soap build-up, and clean the dryer lint screens at least once daily. The floors are always clean, mopped daily, and they keep a nice clean bathroom. Well maintained machines. They have lots of smaller front loaders and a good range of washer sizes, up to 75lbs. All their dryers are the same size, but all their machines work well. Normally this would rate 4 to 5 stars... But... Cons: The staff. It's been a long time since I've actually been greeted or seen a staff member smile... at anyone. The man (who I can only assume is the owner) always seems bitter and unwelcoming. The woman that i see there runs the place like a prison warden: policing people and their activities with comments like "don't be late", or "you stay here" (if you are getting in your car to run errands while doing laundry - yes she will follow you outside to check). It would be less annoying if they had a positive offset, like if they actually greeted you or as least said 'thank you' when you got change or left after finishing your laundry or... said it at all. Not giving a lot of incentive to come back. I'd rather go somewhere where i know my business is appreciated, not scrutinized.

Environmental is good, washing is good , but drawer prices is higher than nearby laundry. Customer service is not great. My husband used hand sanitizer, lady gave a big lecture on not to use this , he should wash hands instead, which is maybe right but her way was rude....

Professional, quality service. I have been using this laundromat for years. I drop the laundry off and then pick it up, folded and ready to go. They help me get it from the car and to the car if needed, and repaired my laundry bag that had a tear! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Absolutely garbage ... If you come back to you dryer on time chances are the owner alreadt has it pulled out even if your clothes are wet!!!!!! Just to give the dryer away... Had to wait for another dryer!!!!! Horrible service and very dirty enviroment!!!!! NOT A GOOD LAUNDRYMAT, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY.

Carol and Joe are the most amazing people I have ever met! Their establishment is very clean, their washers and dryers are kept in prestine condition! I have been coming to their laundry mat for years as it takes a fraction of the time to do a family of 4 laundry! Thank you Carol and Joe for always being there to help with anything I need!
