Excellent Service Matt has a great pick-up laundry service, providing the cleaning products, a sturdy bag to pick up the laundry. The laundry is delivered back in another clean bag, folded neatly, all for a very reasonable price. Lees Coin Laundry has drop off or pick-up laundry service and also does sewing alterations. Give Matt a phone call.... Thanks for the super service you have provided.

Yes I just want to start at the beginning. First I stumbled upon this laundromat , well I’d say around 2012/2013 and the owner at that Time( I called him “Mr. Lee) he was very pleasant and very helpful anyway over time he had started to do pick-ups/drop-offs and not sure what he charged other customers but he was charging me very cheap anyway I think he charged everybody differently. But something sad had happened in early 2019 he had decided to retire and sell the laundromat. So in June2019(I believe) the new owners had started setting up their Laundromat Business. And I had walked in there met Two Nice Ladies started talking about their services and I talked about what kind of service Mr.Lee provided and they listened and we talked about how we could meet somewhere in the middle. I had said I would think about what was all said and get back to them. But they had beat me of getting back . I had received a call with a proposal for a Service that I would be interested in. And that was Pick-up/drop-off and wash& fold for a (I think) reasonable price. As far as I have found They charge cheaper than laundromats in Surrey that have Drop-off/pick-up service for wash& fold by the lb. So I had them do m6 two bags 1--clothes & 2- just bth/teatowels and face/dish cloths. And they were right on time of pickin-up/dropping-off. And I had mentioned to them that they didn't really need tofold mine, but that's one and only thing they didn't listen too. But I'm so glad that they didn't listen to me because the folding is freaking awesome. I maybe over reacting , most people might say but I really am totally stunned on how good ( well that might be a lower word than what I was trying to describe) the folding was it was perfectly folded I've never seen anyone fold job look like this. I just want to give them all my other clothes so that my drawers would be perfect Lol. So yes I do RECOMMEND their SERVICES to anyone that needs help with getting their laundry to a laundromat or to anyone that needs to use a laundromat themselves. Just because they are nice people to chat with , so if you are doing your laundry there then you'll have people to have a real nice chat with. I will be using their pick-up/Drop-off service again, probably in 2 weeks and then every 2 weeks.

I love going to this place to do my laundry, as a student it is hard take time to do laundry by myself, I always use their drop off service, I do get my clothes nice, clean and folded, one day I had forgot to pick my clothes and I had my work clothes(uniform) which I had to wear early morning, they even though came off hours to open the laundry and I picked up my clothes. Thanks, I will be keep using this service.

I like going to this laundormat ,this is not like a brand new one but the service is so good and even though sometime i leave my clothes to trsnsfer ,they do transfer for me and never get upset with me when sometimes i pick up after few hours,,, i think if i pay for the service i am getting it makes difference ,i always pay money for transfer also if need to fold my clothes i pay them extra,, i just call them and they do it for me

Pictures are not accurate. The machines are dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned ever. Half of them don't even work. The whole place is dirty, and the woman who sits at the front desk is either playing on her phone or loudly talking on the phone having personal conversations for everyone to hear. She could be spending her time cleaning the incredibly dirty machines or floors, but instead sits and does nothing. Management should get control of their staff and clean the place up , it looks like a dump and the woman behind the counter is lazy.

New owner and her husband are awesome, really went above and beyond, helping me get through about 20 loads of laundry. They are re-naming the place EM's to disassociate from the bad reviews of the disastrous previous owners, and she is bringing back the original owner, Mr. Lee's fluff and fold service for just $1. per lb. She is offering mending and alterations again. Coin laundry is $2 per wash in the front loading, stainless steel machines, Dryers are 5 minutes for a quarter. $5 per wash in the big machine for oversize items. Twelve times, Khushie passed me a bowl of $15. in quarters, I paid by visa at the end, plus tax (because it was visa) and tipped 20% because they were so kind. RIP Mr Lee, your laundromat is in really good hands now.

This location has re-opened (new owners). They remodeled the inside. Prices are the same on the machines. The hours of operation are longer as well.

DID YOU SEE THAT

Excellent service, dropped off after google search, I'm recovering from a broken neck, walk with a cane. First thing the lady did was bounce up open the door and carry my laundry in, and drug a chair over for me to sit a minute. The first place I dropped off that actually used fabric softener I asked for. Others said they would but either didn't or used very cheap brand. One of my new (very cheap) towels shrunk a bit, she had it on top of the bag to show me. Opened the door for me on the way out. Very nice lady, will be repeat customer for sure.
