Never been there, but these wonderful people stopped criminals from charging my credit card $3815.70 on May 22, 2021. As someone in the middle of dealing with massive identity theft especially a large amount from a line of credit, I inadvertently mischaracterized their actions and left a bad review. I apologize - these are the good guys.

The loveliest people and the loveliest store. My daughter and I adore browsing all the beautiful items and shop here for all our horse/pony/clothing needs. The quality of products that they bring in is far superior to other stores yet the prices are still reasonable. The ladies that run this store are friendly and helpful and we have enjoyed getting to know them as we navigate the new world of horse ownership!

I purchased a product online that ended up being the wrong fit for my horse. Their online process was very easy, shipping was fast, and they responded immediately to my request to return. They followed up with a return receipt and the whole refund process was seamless. Really bad customer service. No one greet you or ask you if you need any help. For the first few times I bought at the store, the cashier did not ask me if I would like an account there or tell me about their point system when I was spending hundreds at the store. The products, especially clothing there, are unattractive and tacky. If there are more tack shops in the Lower Mainland, I do not think you will have much sales then.
