Went to go pick up my dry cleaning and they lost it. Told me to come back when they find it, if they find it. Said it might have been given to someone else. Poor customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALTERATIONS I dropped off my wedding dress 3 weeks before i needed it. The staff offered to have it done for me in a week, I said "no. I know you're busy and I want you to take your time. 2 weeks is good." We agreed upon Saturday August 24th because I would be leaving for our wedding vacation on the following Tuesday the 27th When I went to pick up my dress, at first they could not find it. Then she realized she couldn't find it because it had not been done, not even started. she told me to come back Monday. On Monday my dress was still not done, she said she wanted to make sure I would be OK with the alterations and had me try it on again. I had to reinforce what I wanted again: -arms made slimmer -taken in at the shoulders -taken in long ways at the back because Im a bit short for the dress -clasp added above the zipper Ive finally picked up my dress today before I had to leave for the airport. ONLY ONE sleeve was taken in, the fabric does not line up at the shoulders and where it was taken in at the back was very messy. I could have done a better job myself but my sewing machine is broken

When I dropped off clothes for dry-cleaning, I was given a quote of $41. But when I went to pick up, I was charged $60plus for 3 pieces of clothes and when asked why I was given a quote of $41. I was told that the uncle who gave the quote doesn't know anything. I was told the lease rates went up, the cost is too high for the store and that's I am being dodged over $20 than the quote. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and very rude behaviour of aunty who runs the store. Need to re-train/ replace the uncle who gives out wrong quotes when people are dropping off clothes.

We dropped off two of the same brand sweatpants to get altered. When we went to go pick them up the lady was like i cut one of the sweat pants to someone else’s size which was too short. She accepted that she made a mistake and gave me money for the sweatpants but anybody going there just be aware

They lost my jacket and tried to convince another persons jacket was mine for two weeks. after arguing with the staff over and over told them call customers to find my jacket. When they found my jacket, the owner lied and tried to convince me she bought me a new jacket. she couldn't produce a receipt, and my jacket had my name on it on the inside pocket. Very bad service, I had been their customer for 20 years, my family and relatives will never go there...
