Clerk wouldn't allow me to use the washroom because he had just cleaned it. Like I was going to make a huge mess to take a leak. Friend was harassed outside and the clerk did nothing to come to her aid. Perhaps hire people who care about customers.

A young man employee working at 3:30 pm. As my husband and I were their doing our laundry. He was on his cell phone most of the time but yet he served his customers. What I didn't like was...He held his cellphone high and video the area with his cellphone as he moved his cellphone back and forth. When I noticed, I put my head down. I do not appreciate an employee video'ing people while he's on duty. It's illegal to do this without a consent of the customer. I don't want to be on video in Facebook or Twitter ECT. Today's date:. February 12 2017 on Sunday at 3:30 pm. I don't think it was my duty to talk to this employee. The manager who hired him should refrain employees from using their cellphone while on duty. Please look back on your Surveillance and see your young employee video'ing the area while others are doing laundry. What is his purpose?

Super clean and well maintained. It's rare that the pictures match the actual store but in this case the pics don't do it justice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just drove here because they close at 10.. but last wash is 8:15.. its 8:23.. Shouldnt say closes at 10. Feels pretty unavailable right now at 8:23. 24hour laundry service is sounding better and better every time i get off work late.

Good machines that get you out quickly with no hassle. I particularly appreciate that the building isn't carpeted because getting bed bugs shouldn't be part of the laundromat experience.

Came to do huge loads and asked the male worker for toonies and loonies. I received a few toonies and more loonies and quarters. I did let him know I needed more toonies than quarters because I was using the big washers and dryers. His response with a shrug was "that the machine spits out what it does, Nothing I can do about it." I had told him I was using the big dryers and didn't let me know that they only take toonies. Used the loonies which says they are 12 minutes each. You would think putting in four loonies gives me 48 minutes. Nope. Long time ago when I used to come here the workers would give you the difference if the machines weren't reading the coins properly. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. DISAPPOINTED IN THIS WORKER.

Should change their available hours to let their customers know that they no longer close at 10pm. Walk in just before 9pm, and the employee working was very rude telling me that I have 30 minutes or doors lock. Change your hours to let others know how about? Sorry I’m also a working class citizen who has to work multiple jobs just keep a roof over my head. Stop using COVID as an excuse

Love the clean machines, the brightness, the cleanliness, the great selection of machines to wash or dry, but dont like that the dryers take a dollar to start or that i have to get change from a person and not a change dispenser. Overall great service!
