Very challenging company to work with. Customer service is less than adequate. Sales manager and drivers are all in need of training. They gave us no reason to continue working with them, and at the close of the contract they are attempting to charge us for uniforms that are not in good condition. This was one of the main reasons we did not want to work with them to begin with. Uniforms were not being cleaned, returned, or repaired as needed. The one person that is worth working with is Victor... but he is not that involved in the day to day operations.
Absolute crooks. They doubled my bill without talking to me or discussing. I was on auto pay with a credit card and I happened to look at my billing two months into this monkey business. Livid!

I manage a business here in town and do not always have the time to go pick up stock if we run low unexpectedly. The crew here are always more than willing to make trips on their way home or add to other deliveries to make sure we get our product as soon as possible.
0 Stars This company has been the most difficult, rudest company to deal with every step of the way, they stole our personal floor mats and are extremely rude and disrespectful when trying to resolve any issues. We are a small business and had to beg to cancel our service with them after they consistently replaced our clean mats with filthy ones. The general manager is extremely rude and unhelpful, he lied to us over and over again - you might as well be talking to an automated message. Save your money and just buy what you need, do not rent anything from this company.
I have dealt with the Lethbridge branch of Canadian Linen for over 20 years and I have nothing but good things to say. Great quality product, fast and efficient service and fantastic staff. They take great care of my businesses needs and would recommend them to anyone. Local staff who support local as well
Worst uniform service provider in the country. Dishonest and unethical management. Use literally anyone else EDIT: they asked me to call them to discuss, but did not leave a contact name, only the switchboard number. Can't very well ask to speak to the owner (as their profile states) since I don't think it was really the owner who replied.
Have been using Canadian Linen's carpet exchange program for close to a month and we had to rave about their service! Nelson always provides a room full of smiles and has a contagious positive attitude! Kudos for selecting such quality staff. At Elemental Tech we wouldn't choose any other service than Canadian Linen for our needs! 5/5
Terrible first impression! I called for a quote and was transferred to 4 different desks finally getting transferred to sales and then no one picked up the phone. Based on some of these reviews I won't proceed with a quote from this company.
Canadian Linen has been a long time supplier of our restaurant and wedding venue. We use many of their services including mats, paper dispensers, and first aid - on top of their linen program. Their products are top notch but the great review is for their people. They have been amazing to work with through the pandemic and, of course, now in this chaotic recovery process. Their personnel are all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Response times are always quick and service is nothing shy of impeccable!

I have had mixed experiences with Canadian linen. However in the last year they have made a love in the right direction and seem more willing to help and make things happen. Communication with the drivers has improved and so has holiday preparation and service in general. Keep up the good work.
Worst customer service experience ever. I wish I read the reviews before ordering uniforms for my staff. It took MONTHS for the uniforms to arrive and was now quoted $50+ for screen printing on EACH shirt. When I contacted my sales rep, he said he would look into why the cost was so high when it was around $15 per shirt on my previous order. It has been 3 weeks and he keeps "forgetting" to talk to them or apparently can't reach them or some other excuse. It is completely ridiculous. I wish I used a different company.

Our contract has been terminated with them since May 2019 and they haven't collected their uniforms from our office yet. They are charging us for loss and damage on them and sent our account to collection agency. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was dealing with their Quebec Branch.

Billing from this company is absolutely atrocious. Over the past 3 years we have had endlesse issues. From the beginning, the product never came in a timely fashion when it was ordered we didn't recieve until about 2-3 weeks later, yet we were billed for those first few weeks as if we did. Then they continually added charges.. a great surcharge on every invoice of a "US exchange fee" they will only take off this extra fee once the Canadian dollar is at 90 cents for a minimum of 2 months. When we had issues with product that had to be replaced, again it took over 3 weeks to recieve yet they billed for full inventory every time. We had to watch every single bill. Our driver was on top of this as much as he could and did everything he could to keep it smooth. But this is managements issue. We gave our notice that we would not be renewing our contact. And for the past 2 weeks have continued to recieve bills, when we no longer have the product! From beginning to end billing has always been a very big issue.
Right hand does not know what the left is doing. They have an email contact that no one replies to. You can call and be directed to voicemails that no one ever replies to. Once you sign a contract, you are on your own. And good luck trying to cancel the auto reinstatement of said contract. Most unprofessional experience ... ever.
First order of face masks went well. Second order was shipped to a seemingly random address and now I can't get them to fix it.

My current business is serviced by Canadian Linen in Lethbridge and I can not say enough about their top notch service. Jerry always handles my requests and needs immediately, and always makes time to discuss how well our current program is working, and how we can make it more efficient. I would recommend Canadian Linen in Lethbridge for anyone who needs regular Laundry, cleaning, and hospitality supplies as they are the best in the game. Be sure to ask for Jerry!

I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. In their contract it's written they can charge for "service charges which will be used to help the company cover various fluctuating costs for example: environment, energy, SERVICE, delivery and OTHER MISCELLANEOUS COSTS" That basically gives them free reign over your bill. So far we have been with them for 1 year and our prices have gone up about 30%
Unbelievably high "cancellation fee". Got charged twice! They will bill you a huge mount if you cancel their service. so called "loss charge". Nobody will ever mentioned when to bring bcak all the uniforms, they will just assume you lost everything and charge you a ridiculous mount of money for some shirts. I am running a small mechanic shop with 3 employees. Even if they lost ALL the uniforms, how is this possible to have a 2000 dollars bill?! First time this happened was one year ago, tried so many times to call them, they would transfer your call dozens of times until you finally gave up, or tell you they would call you back but NEVER did. The only time they will answer the phone is when you are ordering new uniforms. Competely lost faith and interests in doing business with them. BTW, The delivery guy Mike is a very nice guy. That's about it, the only positive image from them, thus, ONE star.
We have been calling repeatedly to cancel services or at least speak to a representative about the on going price hikes and no one will return our phones calls after we have left multiple mgs. Very poor service.
Very knowledgeable on the needs regarding uniform and other laundry material for food processing. Service is always on-time and materials are durable.
Billed me several times for deliveries that didn’t happen. Cancelled our service when we moved and then got a bill six months later that they will not refund, am being told to go through credit card company to get money back. Do not recommend
We have received fantastic service from Canadian Linen for our uniform and entry mat needs. Our tech Sid is wonderful and always has a treat for my dog who eagerly awaits his arrival each week.
I would like to give them a minus 1 star if possible, been buying coveralls from them for 30 plus years, we purchase don't have rental or lease agreement, we are a small business. The kamloops branch said they could not help us, phoned Burnaby, they had Calgary " Casey" phone us, he took details, Lisa from Burnaby phoned back and advised us manager said they would not sell us coveralls, lease or rentals only. Hope this review helps someone from wasting their time. I believe they are not Canadian owned anymore , change the name to Crappy linen service would be more accuate !!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. No one there cares from the drivers right up to management. Phone to ask where my coveralls were and got swore at and had a phone slammed down. It takes 2-6 months before your coveralls come back. They don't repair them. I wish we knew this before we started using them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!

Poor service. There were quite a few mistakes made in the billing and I called, emailed, and met with their sales representative and was promised that they would fix their mistakes and credit back the amount that they over charged. Almost two months later, and I emailed about it more, still nothing happens and they continue to over charge me. We will be switching service to another company!

I have never been lied to and treated so poorly so many times by a single company. I had to beg to be let out of our contract after Canadian Linen stole 2 of our personal floor mats and refused to acknowledge the mistake. Clean mats were repeatedly swapped out for filthy ones and the general manager Kris Groom is very rude and condescending when dealing with any issues. Save yourself the headache and buy your own mats or go without. This company is more trouble than it is worth
I have been dealing with Jerry and Canadian Linen for about 8 years now. Jerry has always been there when I needed him. I run a catering company and sometimes need table cloths or napkins last minute and I can always count on Jerry to help me out. Great company.
A Canadian Linen driver, on delivery, backed into our office overhang. There was damage. The young driver came back with his supervisor, all was smoothed over. Canadian Linen would pay for the damages. We are gratefully this was dealt with so quickly.. BUT...We later found out that the young driver was to pay out of pocket. Upon further investigation we found the driver was new on the route - the route consisted of more stops than ANY driver could possibly cover in an 8 hour shift,(usually took them 13 hours to complete their assigned route) and not paid for over time. The drivers were expected to pickup receivable payments, and cover any receivable that was not paid by the customer. We find Canadian Linen to be unreasonable when it comes to employee expectations and find their business practices to be unfair. Canadian Linen should have insurance for such occurrences. Our company will not use Canadian Linen...ever. Other companies upon hearing this story will and have refused their Canadian Linen service because of this unfair practice.

Recently cancelled my services with this company we used them for our two shops in kamloops. constant scamming. sent us used coveralls right from the start of the service then instantly started charging us repair of their used coveralls. Constant charges of repairs on coveralls that didn’t even happen. They constantly charged us for stuff they were not even servicing. The management is terrible don’t waste your time dealing with them go to Cintas they are way better.
Disgusting accounting system, .... their rolling (or averaging) accounting system is a total mess. talking to them for more than 6 months to get a clear answer.
Terrible company. They lost hundreds of dollars of my clothes. Nobody dealt with it and they just said the clothes are gone there is nothing they could do. The customer service manager Mitch told me they should have never taken my business. The operations manager for southern Ontario told me they don't usually take customer owned garment contracts because they usually lose the clothes. The receptionist Judy lied to me about contact numbers. This is the second worst company I have ever dealt with. Will be letting people know how terrible they are for the rest of my days.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, once they send their sales man and they offer you deals that you agree on .They don't care about you. You have to wait for a call back from the managers for a week or so to solve the problem cause no one takes incharge in their office everyone on the road they say.
We have had a contract with them for approximately 5 years and in the last year our service has dropped right off. Billing issues and not returning my peoples amount of uniforms each week. we have over 20 emails the last 6 months questioning service and promises to respond and remedy our concerns. nothing happened no matter who we corresponded with. it got to the point we requested a cancelation of our contract because of lack of services specified. They finally came down to talk and proceeded to try and pacify us regarding this situation. the manger actually said this was the first time he has heard of our concerns and we had several emails from months prior to him where he indicated he would take care of our issues immediately. He was lying to save face. He left not being able to change our mind and then proceeded to send a driver the next morning to remove everything from our environment. They stripped my techs as well as our hand drying dispensers and mats, everything, without any notice. I have never had a worse customer service experience. this company is just not worth trying to do business with. I tried really hard and have been exceptionally patient and this is how they end our long term relationship. When I switched from my previous uniform company they indicated I would back. And they were absolutely correct. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Got 7 coveralls ordered 2 months ago. Last week 1 very worn out pair arrived and was the wrong size. Everytime the crew have received coveralls from cleaning, it had been very unorganized and there has always been something wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Rik and the team at Canadian Linen have been nothing but amazing to work with. Always dependable, always able to get in contact with them and they're always going above and beyond to help us with our linen needs at the restaurants. Can't say enough great things about them!
We sign up with them for five years in the past and gave them 2 months notice before the expiration of contract and we found some other better uniform service less than half price we were paying to them because they keep on increasing the price every second month. After the completion of our contract they told us that we have to stayed with them for another 5 years because the contract automatically renews when we don't inform them . But it was already informed to them 2 months prior to our contract ends. If anyone wants to sign up with them just read the contract properly first because they don't give you the brief info at the beginning.We have already filed the case against them the court.

Worse customer service I have experienced. No follow through with promises of installation or delivery service. They are fine when you have regular delivery but any other request gets ignored. Even by management. Do not recommend.

Terrible company. Bills are not straight forward. Very predatory "sales" tactics. Had asked the manager for deliveries to be put on hold, and although was not on a contract, they kept coming and even though I refused service to the driver they still charged me. Absolute disgraceful company and tactics. The only up side was our driver was great. Needless to say, this company definitely needs to look at its "sales" and management structure.
