I started coming here the first day they opened up and i never went back to another laundrymat this place is clean with good quality machine the dryer are very good and the owner is truly about satisfying his customers their's also dollar coffee to buy and second cup and tim horton not too far away like less then 5 min walk also they have good wifi connection clean tables to fold on and a couple of trolly laundry baskets as well as hand held basket i highly recommend this spot if you follow.me or my reviews then you know i only give a 5 star if its truly legit so hope this help and enjoy you visit

BEYOND wonderful experience! It was my first time using a laundromat and I needed it for a very large and delicate duvet. The person helped me immediately, recommended a smaller machine (less expensive) and even adjusted my soap level without me asking and literally walked me through the process step by step. She even helped me scrub out the stains. I'm actually looking forward to coming back! There are large tables and comfortable chairs also. I was even able to get work done while I waited. Highly, HIGHLY recommend such a wonderful, caring business. Thank you for your compassion and not making me feel bad, for not knowing how to wash a specific item.

From an opinion of a world traveler. THE BEST LAUNDRY MAT I EVER VISITED. The owner is an absolute Gentleman! 1) Machines are new, shiny and efficient. I find myself not having to pour money in, to get the job done. 2) Plenty of machines available in various sizes, both Washers & Dryers (Triple/Double/Single capacity). 3) Very reasonable prices. 4) Lots of laundry baskets and table space to fold. 5) Free snacks & coffee pods (24kinds) to enjoy while you wait. 6) Two large flatscreen tv's with cable and access to change the channel if like. 7) Clean washroom. 8) Steps from Plomondon Metro. ****Complimentary dryer sheets***** (That's what blew me away. Wide and clean area. Machines well maintained. Only minor issue was their wasnt enough laundry carts available to easily move around especially if you use the large machines., all were being used. More carts would speed up service and people will come in and out quickly for other customers.

I love this place. The owner is very friendly and attentive! Even though it is a self-service laundry, you, actually, get a service! You get greeted once you come in, get assisted by the owner. The machines look new, they are very well maintained and every now and then they clean the place. It always looks so clean! In addition, there is a waiting area, you can watch TV as well and you can even make yourself a coffee :) With lots of tables and chairs it’s pretty easy to organize your laundry! I’ve never been to a place like this. So happy to have discovered it!

When I was there, they offered me an indian chicken dish with naan and a 500ml of ice cold spring water !? No question of accepting money and on sunny days, they have a BBQ that they offer free of charge to their customers. If you're not from the neighborhood, it's definitely worth a visit! (Original) Quand on dit que c’est trop beau pour être vrai, ce l’est... vrai. Tout est impeccable, les machines #1. Quand j’y étais, ils m’ont offert un plat de poulet à l’indienne avec naan et un 500ml d’eau de source glacée !? Pas question d’accepter de l’argent et les beaux jours revenus, ils font du BBQ qu’ils offrent gracieusement à leur clientèle. Si vous n’êtes pas du quartier, ça vaut vraiment le détour !

I wish I can give a 0 star to this place. even -1. My husband went to clean my clothes yesterday because we can't afford the machine in our building and the guy SEEMED nice until I came home to find all my clothes HALF the size. All these clothes my mother bought me before she passed away and I've washed them numerous times with no problem. I called this morning to ask if he can maybe give me some of my money back for the trouble since he didn't even warn my husband how strong the machine is. I'm so ashamed to see a mezuzah on the door. Community is supposed to help people and all i get are nasty words on the phone towards me when i was asking him what he can do in terms of customer service and maybe get some of my funds at least for our troubles. Then he HANGS up on me after some not so nice choice of words. I am so distraught and upset I can't even communicate a comment properly. I wish them the best in their business but if they treat humans and women like this maybe they should find another field.

This place is simply amazing... it's the best laundromat I've ever been in. The machines are really top of the line. There is lots of comfortable chairs and open space to sit and relax while your laundry is being done. There are two tv's, wifi and a coffee machine to help you pass the time. Tables to fold your laundry. The owner makes everyone feel welcome and is very helpful. The place is very clean, bright and modern. I wish I had more laundry to do as I love this place.

This is not your typical self-service laundry shop / buanderie in the island of Montreal. This is the best one in here! New and modern washers and dryers, a very spacious and clean place, tables where you can fold your clothes (or just do anything you want in there), enough chairs to accommodate everyone, Wi-Fi connection and TV, coffee and snacks corner... everything is here! You can call it your second home (because you’ll be way toooooo comfortable in here) whenever you are waiting for your clothes to finish the cycle or finish drying! And of course, the owner is very friendly, approachable and loves hearing comments and suggestions from the customers. I’ll definitely come back here to wash and dry my clothes!

The timings are not according to customers time value, we reached at 7 and he DIDN’T allow us to enter . The timing says 8.30 pm closing and cant even allow to enter to wash clothes at 7:00pm . Worst experience and worst staff. DON’T WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME … value others time not just your convenience. Clearly change your timings on google if its actually 7:00pm closing .

Its service but I would feel less invaded while visiting the CIA headquarters. In response to Owner. 1. All I can say is why be so defensive ? It's not the first time I visit your store, we've seen each other before Did I ever offend you in any way ? Even verbally ? 2. I never say I work for google. I am not a google employee. I did however tell you I was taking pictures FOR google and you agreed Said no problem. I even spoke to your wife or the lady that was there in the back and explained her how the pics apear on the maps thanks to people like us did I not ? Since the store was not on the map a couple of weeks ago I said I could be nice to update the hours and all. Does that cause you any harm not at all. 3. If " I " was shady why did you have a conversation with me in such a polite and calm manner ? Why did I answer ? Shady comes in and out and doesnt talk. As for taking picture not only did you agree my friend but do you think we ask the owner consent for every time we take pictures of a public place or meal or plate? ( A public place is and here is the definition before you state your place is private : Definition of Public Place : A public place is generally an indoor or outdoor area, whether privately or publicly owned, to which the public have access by right or by invitation, expressed or implied, whether by payment of money or not, but not a place when used exclusively by one or more individuals for a private gathering or other personal purpose. Your a Laundraumat owner friend. We are your custumers. Already you use threats to trow me out ? Wow ! Why what did I do ? Take pictures ? Is that illegal ? I was not threat to you, and you can't use that kind of language to people especially your costumers. As for my review ; Last time I was there Using the machine (a paying custumer) where you not there 2 meters away and not far for the entire duration ? Thats not a welcoming feeling. Put cameras be more discreet Is all I can say. I live in this country for 35 years, Reviewed more than 75 stores even my own Dentist. All are happy, I make fair and honnest reviews. I'm not a bum to the contrary, I don't hide my name now do I ? You'll be surprised to know me and what is my profession. Never in my life was I treated to be thrown out like that. My friend you should review your ways with costumers and thread lightly, we are in Cote Des Neiges not the ''Most equisite'' place in town, if you start to put hands on people here it can end sadly im afraid. It was my first experience in a laundromat in many years today and to help me with carrying the many bags, I enlisted my children. When I asked my daughter to ask where the detergent was I was shocked to witness the attendant pass her a cup which she filled with the needed liquid. There was no charge for this. It seems the days of great masses of old undiluted soap may be long gone. It also seems the grumpy attendants could have gone with it. A clean, well equipped laundromat with plenty of tables on which to fold your newly cleaned fabrics. I will be back.

Where can I find a good laundromat with wifi, clean premises, a washroom availability and near metro, bus services? Yes Here it is. The new laundromat Buanderie Lavadora near plamondon metro station has all the facilities. The machines are very tidy and well satisfied, clean wash and dry. Big place to fold clothes which drags me to this place every time. Almost 30 chairs to accommodate people. Two big Televisions with a Netflix ( on request we can watch our local Movies also ???? ), TFC, French channels . The washroom is very clean. The change machine gives real money so no tokens needed to run machines which is the best thing. Last but not least the owner of lavadora is very welcoming and friendly person. He helps in every way to make the customer satisfy. Coffee machine is available and bottled water is absolutely free, Many stores near by Dominos pizza, Tim Horton’s , IGA, Royal Bank, Chinese, Indian restaurants, second cup. Very pleasant experience I have had with this laundromat which every time I come here and relax while doing my laundry.

The owner Abbas is a gem who explained every single machine to us, how to operate them. He even went above and beyond to put the soap into it for us and giving us tips! The place is very clean with a lot of washers and dryers. Free wi-fi is a great touch!

Great place clean helpfull wide selection of washers they have Wi-Fi and coffee and (and this is a fav of mine) is wheelchair accessible it's steps away from the plamondon metro and it's on the 161 and 124 bus lines, they have change machines and laundry detergent bounce sheets and fabric softener in case you forgot yours staff is so helpfull I hardly had to do anything other then put the coins in the dryer and fold my cloths they have baskets on wheels or the plastic kind front and top loading washers it's a great laundrymat I'll be back I'm sure

Never thought I would leave a review for a laundromat but the spot is absolutely impressive. The appliances are state of the art, great wifi and lots of space to relax/study/work. The owner is very friendly and made the time fly by (learnt a few things about business and marketing as well). The drying is currently free so a good time to go check it out!

I really like this place a lot, it's very comfortable to relax here and watch TV or use the WiFi while you're hanging around waiting for your clothes to wash or dry. I come here always. The service is excellent. I got a important phone call and had to leave for over half a hour.. The owner said he would take care of everything not to worry. When I came back my clothes were practically dry, he said you look stressed "would you like a free coffee". After talking to the owner Abbas for a bit I started to calm down a lot and was impressed that someone would take their time go out of their way to try and help me. Made me feel really good, in fact it made my day.

I was so impressed with this place. *Great location *Spacious *Friendly environment *New modern washers and dryers *Dose not cost a fortune to wash and dry *Very clean place and the machine as well *Extremely clean place. *Takes actual coins... Don't have to make tokens, big plus. *Place smells good and your very comfortable wilew you wait for your laundry. *Coffee machine *2 huge TV *Free WiFi *the the person taking care of the place is on site and extremely helpful and fefriend. Place is new, I hope the keep it running this way. Very satisfied I drive 10km just to go to Lavadora to do my laundry. This place is the palace in this business. Put all other places to shame. I found this place online..It is an excellent place..I went today 22 July, 2021..I was so nervous to go during this pandemic. I was treated so well by the young lady on staff at the time. She was kind, courteous, helpful, she was amazing, it brought tears to my eyes, her kindness touched my soul. I highly recommend this place, very modern, very clean, toilet, wi-fi, place to wash hands, the entire place was extremely clean and good to relax while doing laundry..I thank the owners for providing such a wonderful place to do laundry.

First time coming to Buanderie Lavadora , I had a power outage in my area so I google next laundromat near me , lucky I had an outage I would never of found this place. You will never in all of Quebec/ MONTRÉAL find an amazing laundromat, atmosphere welcoming , everything is clean , the machines work well brand new, offers wifi (most other places offer no wifi) , coffee / drink station with fridge , washrooms and the best seating area while waiting for laundry. I am not not using my regular laundromat and taking the drive to have all the above. Worth it , must try and join the community.

Honestly, my experience was very pleasant as far as laundry goes. It takes cash not tokens!! ???????? I went on a Sunday evening which seems to be their busiest time but everything was kept clean and there were no issues in terms of distancing/masks (pandemic times). There was someone who cleaned each machine as it finished being used and kept the folding tables and floors clean. I'm really glad I found this laundromat (thanks to all your reviews!) even if it's not the closest to me and parking is not ideal. Thank you for taking such good care of your business.

This place is pretty great. Free wifi, it’s clean, new machines that get things done quickly but I really, really wish they would get some more laundry carts in there. There’s only about 5 and they are rarely available to use because of this. Please get some more carts for your large group of customers.

Lovely place. Super friendly service and they take great pains satisfying the customers. It's a few short steps from the metro (Plamondon) and Van Horne Shopping Center. I haven't had trouble finding parking. It is new and it sparkles and is not drab like most hole in the wall laundromats and it is maintained spic and span. Little side tables to plug in your computer and do some work while your wash is happening. Coffee available, cookies to snack on. Just an overall happy experience.They're just getting started so I'm putting in a good word.
