Didn't end up needing their services as we managed to mitigate the water damage ourselves quite quickly. However, Ryan Anderson answered his phone on the first ring and offered to come out right away (keep in mind this is a Saturday morning). Few companies could compete with the responsiveness of Ryan.

Today, Ryan Anderson of Winmar completed a water damage project in my condo apartment. The work done below the initial cost estimate, everything was completed ahead of schedule, and my unit is in better shape than when I moved in. The staff were friendly, yet professional and Ryan kept me appraised during every stepthroughout the process. If anyone needs restoration work done to their home, contact Ryan Anderson. Had our basement flooded back in February, called insurance, insurance had Winmar here on site right away, very happy about how everything came out, every one is friendly and knows their jobs well. Didn't quite expect much could be done during the pandemic where everything is shutting down, but here we are having our basement back brand new and ahead of scheduled.

This is the second time we’ve used Winmar! And we’ve been so happy with their service! This time, with a major sewage mess in our crawl space that was stinking up our whole house, they arrived promptly with in hours of contacting them on the Friday night of a long weekend. They were polite and cheerful about their job (a very nasty job!!!), telling us to go relax while they took care of it. Absolutely horrible service. We had a claim for windstorm damage in November, 2015. It is now May and it still has not been repaired. The shingles on our home are flapping in the wind, we still have a broken window. They have done some work and just left the rest. Darren Miller was our rep and he has consistently lied and refused to return my phone calls. After six months of this nightmare, we have been in contact with our insurance adjuster and he has had no luck with Winmar... in fact Darren explained to him that he did not know the roof was damaged. That sir, is an outright lie. They had removed the debris of shingles from our yard when they did the initial clean up. We now have the ok to find our own companies to do the work. I do not recommend this company for any projects what so ever.

Highly recommend Winmar Fraser Valley - the PM's really care about getting the job done right, and dealing with insurance companies is not an easy task. They work hard day in and day out, and they care about the quality of the work being done. The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes is often unnoticed, but their dedication to efficiency and quality is above and beyond.
