We were very impressed with the professionalism from both the office staff and the workers in the field. I contacted the company online for a quote and received one within 24 hours. The booked me for about 10 days later and I mentioned that we are very flexible so if they had a cancellation and they wanted to slot us in to just reach out. Later THAT SAME DAY I was told there was a slot that afternoon I could grab. We said "YES!" and the team arrived when promised. They knocked to let us know they were on site and then did the same when they left. I promptly received a bill by email which I paid. Everything was professional and prompt. The eventual bill came in UNDER the quote so that was amazing as well! I look forward to using them for more services as a result! Highly recommend!

Canadian Pro Clean provides us with such a great service for the value. I appreciated the level of care that they put into taking care of our fixtures and house while cleaning. What impressed me the most was that one of our screens was broken, which I didn’t even know, and Eric (who is the owner I believe) took the screen to his shop and brought it back repaired. Canadian Pro Clean did a fine job on my house. Gutters not only flowed free, but sparkled like new. The stucco was restored to it's original colour and the deck was clean and clear of moss and mildew. Staff were prompt and courteous. The underside of our patio cover was becoming a home to a million spiders... it was too high up for me to clean. I called Eric and he came out promptly and got the job done. At the same time, he cleaned the surface of the vinyl deck with his Soft Wash method, and did not pressure wash off the top coat. In fact, he also used a wonderful cleaning product safe for plants and pets and did a great job cleaning up the green slime buildup under the patio where the stairs came down. Nice! Everything looks new again, like the day the patio was finished!! **Call Eric - you'll be super happy with all that he can clean for you !!

I was really happy with the service. The gutters badly meeded a clean and I got a 50$ off coupon from Canadian Pro Clean in the mail, so I called them. The two men who cleaned the gutters were really patient with my five year old peppering them with questions while they did their work haha. The admin/service team is really friendly and diligent too. This is the second time that we have used Pro Clean for gutters and windows. Excellent service and exceptionally professional. The crew arrived within the timeframe window that we had been given. The three guys that arrived to do the job were a pleasure to have working on the house. Neat and well groomed. No smoking. No cussing. Clayton and Josh were very good. My only complaint the invoice said "complete gutter cleaning" which should include the outside of the gutters(complete). When they were about to leave i noticed that the outside of the gutters were still dirty. I spoke to Rebekah and she said that it didn't include the outside of the gutters but that they would do them.. The outside of the gutters are still not clean. The roof still has algae on it but I was told it would degrade over the next few months.

They soft washed the siding, did the windows and screens (including nasty windows in window wells) and power washed some very green and slimy concert and basement stairwell. Excellent job! They came july16/2020. Took maybe an hour and a bit, smelled for a week. Not a bad smell. No damage to the flowers and garden. Went up today to have a look. The moss is dead for sure. One could go up there carefully sweep it with a broom, but i'm not going to worry about it. If i get two years out of it, i'll be happy. Well worth the money. They will be back in 6 months to check it out.
