Lots of space to move around in here. They don't have a change machine, but the employee there has change if you need it. Large dryers dried our clothes very quickly. They took loonies in the dryers. Not sure about the washers because we only needed the dryer.

The best laundromat in moncton! I came here to do 4+ hours worth of laundry and luckily got to meet the owner. He was very kind and helped us so much, he was able to swap out change for us on top of giving us new bags because he noticed ours were ripped. It's not everyday you get got customer service at a laundromat, but we did today it was great! The prices are very fair. Washers are all 2$ (some is 8 quarters but most is two loonies) and dryers are all loonies. And they only take a dollar.

One of two Wash n Dry laundromats in Moncton with the best prices in town, with huge propane dryers and lots of washers. $2 a wash and 3 or 4 quarters for a dry. Bring lots of quarters and add two loonies for each washer you use. Open every day ... 7.30 - 9.30, closed Christmas day, cleaned daily, music playing and a Security guard keeps an eye on both locations, Mountain next to Parlour Pawn and St. George next to Greg's Convenience.

Machines are nice. They appeared clean. The dryer I'm using is trying to eat dollar coins. The garbage is overflowing and the floor is a mess. Too small for social distancing and some people aren't wearing masks. I'm not sure what the situation is here in Canada. But I still see people wearing masks around town.

You have to know what size a load you’re about to wash giving the appropriate machine. More money used for washing means cleaner/faster to dry clothes.

First time here. Machines are dirty. It smells. There are a total of 4 chairs so almost nowhere to sit. Machine stopped mid cycle so blankets were left soaked and had to pay to transfer to a new machine. No visible staff. Sent email about these issues asking for help but someone replied hours later with incorrect explanation on why the washer stopped working, no empathy telling me to remove my "false" review with no offer of resolution but instead (Richard Rivers) resorting to CREEPING ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO KNOW WHERE I LIVE to make blanket statements on the people who live there when I told him I would not remove my review. STAY AWAY if you can avoid it. I know I will.

It was very reasonably priced and not very busy. I usually go to another laundrymat 2 blocks over but she is always late. The new place opens up at 5 a.m. and is open until 11 p.m. This is now where I will be doing my laundry!!!

I find this place is always great, there's vending machines (drinks, and laundry materials), a change machine. My only complaint is I wish they had some sort of security. At times I've felt as though my personal safety was in jeopardy because of various people that go there to use the free Wifi. (E.g., One time a woman who was schizophrenic had an episode, One man set up his entire desktop and was blasting profanic music outloud, etc.)

Half the machines are broken, half the broken machines aren't marked, no attendants whatsoever so there's no one to get a refund from when a machine steals your money or spits out dirty clothes. Everything's disgusting too, and the bathrooms are closed to customers.

Used to go here all the time. Went recently to do my laundry and had my bike inside as there wasn't anywhere friendly to lock it. Was told to get out by a man who was all attitude and less then customer friendly when he showed up to clean. Will not return. Do your laundry at roys at the other end of mountain if you are able to get there. He is mich nicer and knows how to treat customers.

There's lots of machines. Washing is $2 to $6. Drying is $1 to $1.50. Make sure you put small loads when you're drying or else you will spend more on drying your clothes.

A guy came and lock me up inside around 8 pm, I had plenty of stuff to carry outside. Nobody gives me any information and there was no employee. If y'all gonna lock people in at least warn them that the door won't open once you get outside. I had to wait 4 hours outside in the cold, it's almost midnight nobody was there. There is no phone number to call no information display on the internet. Next time I will never come back here. When you go on alexander street at least you have employees that can open the door. This is very upsetting. Bad customer service. Someone is not doing its job.

I've lived in Tonawanda since 1995. This laundromat was in much better shape yrs ago when a gentleman and his mom took care of the place. They may have owned it but I'm not sure of that. They had a dry cleaner/wash, dry and fold biz there. It was a lge room in the rear facing front with a huge open half wall so they could see everything and everyone. The machines were always kept up on repairs, the place was kept clean, the people were very nice. There were pinball games to play, a TV up on the wall. Tables and chairs to sit and read, eat, etc. and chat while clothes washed. A soda machine, and also snacks. After those 2 people retired or for whatever reason they left, the place has been awful. Everything is gone, only a soda machine remains. Nowhere to sit. So lost go out to their cars till clothes are done. No wash and fold. Nothing. AND THE COST IS HORRENDOUS.... to dry is $2.50 for half an hr. I only had to go there to wash a bed spread, (not a comforter), and a pillow. it isn't nice anymore. So sad, as it was a. Nice place to sit and relax while washing. Its appalling to see how things are let go.

1st place ive come to do laundry. Large number of machines, 3 of them are front loaders, but they cannot accommodate super large items such as king sized comforters. There is staff on site that gives out change if needed. $2 to wash (loonies) $1 to dry. Seems clean and safe.

Our experience here was good until this day there was a problem in the electricity and now we can't remove our clothes inside the machine because it doesn't open and the machine says error so we contacted the owner but they are not responsive at all. Not a bad spot to do laundry. About 1/3 of the machines are fairly new another 1/3 that either don't work or eat your coins because they get stuck. Sooo your typical laundry mat lol. Overall not a bad spot. I've seen worse lol.

I go here like 2 times a week but the need to fix there bigger load machines. Seems the have been getting lazy. Plus they have drink, snack vending machines but they are never filled and always empty. And it's frustrating when you try and get a drink after being there for a couple hours and can't.

Over 50% of machines do not work. Machines will take your money and not work. No one seems to work here. There is no phone number to call in order to get our lost money back. Over $10 eaten by the machine. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague. Update: owner? Showed up and returned money. But not before I asked if there was a key for the restroom and he responded "is it an emergency?". There's a door clearly marked restroom, I'm not a child asking to leave class. I'm a paying customer trying to use the bathroom since I've been here for two hours.

Had to do our laundry here once while we were waiting for our washer and dryer to be delivered. My husband had asked for change, the gentleman puts the $20 in his pocket and says nothing and just walks away, of course my first thought is..did you give it to the right person?. I watched him walk out to his van and get change, I mean kinda sketch but whatever. As we’re doing laundry the man who I presume is the owner is walking around looking to see what people are loading into the machines, it’s understandable that you don’t want people washing work clothes that are covered in oil etc but maybe be a little less creepy. Plus side though there’s lots of washers and dryers available, place is pretty clean from what I saw.

Machines are more than half broken. Only some of broken machines are labeled as such.One machine I chose has been stuck on the wash cycle for over an hour and won't spin out clothing. Another machine has a latch error and stopped mid wash. This place is super run down. No maintenance is ever done. 3 new front loader machines are the only ones that are decent. Pretty much al of the jumbo machines need to be replaced or serviced. It's a damn shame this place has become so horrible. Hey OWNERS , try fixing your machines and put up a phone number or email to address money lost due to broken equipment.

Besides being dirty and no do not use because it's broken the owner took away all the chairs because the homeless were sleeping in them overnight. His solution to me was go sit in my car. I tried that but they stole my stuff out of the dryer. When I returned the owner gave me a chair to sit on.

If you don't mind spending a loonie for ten minutes of drying and having a 3 dollar minimum to get your load 'close enough' then c'mon down! Unlike most places I have been, you need to sit and wait out the ten minute dry cycle and keep on top of it unless you want to keep others waiting. No change machine on site. The washers were adequate.

Terrible If I could rate no stars I would. The washing machines are Maytag commercial washers from the 1970's. Honest to god 3/4 of the washers and dryers in this place don't work and if they do work it takes ten minutes to get your quarters in the machine. No number to call. No fixing of machines in years. This laundromat is definitely the largest in the area. This is usually my first choice when having to use a laundromat, just because of the size of the place, amount of washers and dryers, and tables, etc. There is an atm inside that gives $10 bills, and change machines. There are top loaders, front loaders, super loaders, etc.

Sitting here and thinking what the hell happened to this place? Used to be one of the nicer laundromats around but now it's just a dump with no heat. Worrying if my comforter and pillows will pickup anything from the machines. Who knows the last time they've been cleaned or maintained. I'm gonna need another shower after this, ugh. Update: Dryer just ate $1.25. Loud, groaning noise and not heating up.

Not terrible, dinky place to just get laundry done. Sometimes the machines dont work but the prices are reasonable. Theres some good places around to grab some food or a pop while you wait. However, theres no contact information posted. There says theres a drop off service but I've never seen anyone here (its currently 2pm on a Thursday) and theres wifi but it requires a password which isn't posted anywhere!
