After 20 minutes of total confusion, they finally agreed that my faux fur hat was indeed a faux fur hat, so I paid and they told me to come back and get it after 7:00 am on November 3rd. I came back in the afternoon of the 3rd, and my hat was not even there. Even though they wrote down my phone number (which in itself was a 10 minute ordeal), they never bothered to call me to tell me that the person they sent it to didn't had never fired him. Considering my experience with filing, I'm not even surprised. Absolutely unprofessional. (Original) J'ai apporté mon chapeau ici pour le faire nettoyer à sec. Après 20 minutes de confusion totale, ils ont finalement accepté que mon chapeau en fausse fourrure était bien un chapeau en fausse fourrure, j'ai donc payé et ils m'ont dit de revenir le chercher après 7h00 le 3 novembre. Je suis revenue dans l'après-midi du 3, et mon chapeau n'était même pas là. Même s'ils ont noté mon numéro de téléphone (ce qui a été en soi une épreuve de 10 minutes), ils n'ont jamais pris la peine de m'appeler pour me dire que la personne à qui ils l'avaient envoyé ne l'avait jamais renvoyé. Compte tenu de mon expérience en matière de dépôt, je ne suis même pas surpris. Absolument pas professionnel.
