I contacted the number for assistance and received very poor service. I only wanted to wash a sleeping bag in their big industrial machine. I left with my dirty "sleeping" and I will not go back. (Original) L'endroit ne prend plus la monnaie. Il faut acheter une carte prépayée dans une distributrice compliquée à utiliser pour pouvoir se servir des machines à laver et sécheuses. J'ai contacté le numéro pour assistance et j'ai reçu un très mauvais service. Je voulais seulement laver un sac de couchage dans leur grosse machine industrielle. Je suis ressortie avec mon "sleeping" sale et je n'y retournerai plus.

Doesn’t take coins. Have to buy a prepaid card for $5, then load it with credit for your wash. Overly complicated system, with no instructions in English. Not a good system for travelers.
