Most of the agents are going to do their numbers and make fun of everything ... even if a .... walks around with a mouth seals in front of your children. (Original) Domage..beaucoup de voleurs..un peut partout dans le mail...je suis aucunement rascite, mais je vois souvent des gang de rue de noir, joint à la bouche avec des enfants au tour..degeulasse. bref des jeune yangstrer. Et il font de l'altitude, mais crime tu leurs demandes de cacher leurs joints de pot ou de H devant les enfants et il trouvent ca drôle. Évidemment, meme si tu peux les mettres le 3 au sol en 3 secondes...tu peux rien faire, ils vont te poursuivent. Domage..il y a juste de la sécurité..mais la plupart des agents de sécurités ne font rien..ils sont intimidés par des yangster. Nallez pad la avec votre famille. Tan quils naurons pas une vrai sécurité engagé par la place .pas du privée, qui envoient n'importe qui, sans regarder les C.V ded argents. The lady then asks why there are people who can go to the regular checkout when she cannot. His response: Their baskets are bigger. (??) Here is that the cashier (at the regular cash registers) steps in and says to the lady indecently: Well yes it's like that "asteur" madam. Other customers also ask to be served at the regular checkout and the clerk replies: If you don't want to go to the self-service checkouts we take your items and you go out. So about 6 customers dropped off their items and left. I don't understand the Dollorama forcing customers to use self-service. It lacked tact. (Original) Je suis allé au Dollorama des Galeries Charlesbourg vers 15h dimanche le 30 août 2020. Ce que j'ai vu ne me reviens pas ! Une dame d'un certain age demande d’être servie à la caisse régulière. Le commis refuse et dit que maintenant c'est comme cela, elle doit aller aux caisses libre-service. La dame demande de nouveau d’être servie à la caisse régulière. Le commis refuse à nouveau et lui dit qu'elle n'a pas le choix d'aller aux caisses-libre service. La dame demande alors pourquoi il y a des gens qui peuvent passer à la caisse régulière alors qu'elle non. Sa réponse : Leurs paniers sont plus gros. (??) Voilà que la caissière (aux caisses régulières) s'en mêle et dit à la dame sur un ton indécent : Ben oui c'est comme ça ''asteur'' madame. D'autres clients demandent eux aussi d’être servi à la caisse régulière et le commis réponds : Si vous ne voulez pas aller aux caisses libre-service nous prenons vos articles et vous sortez. Donc environ 6 clients ont déposé leurs articles et sont partis. Je ne comprends pas que le Dollorama oblige les clients à utiliser le libre-service. Ça manquait de tact.
