Purchased a wine cellar recently, took about 2 months to get it, but that's okay, they advised us early that it would take long. Delivery was on point. We got a Thor Wine Cooler; worst appliance we ever bought. First of all, it stopped working after a week of usage. It's not cooling anymore, and, it started to leak water, we have to keep towels under it...after a week of usage...and it's a very badly designed product, it fits "standard" wine bottles correctly, but whenever you have a bottle with a different shape, doesn't fit. The space between racks is just too small. Now, I understand we installed the product and all that stuff, but there's no way to return it, even if we're willing to pay the restocking fees. At this price tag we were expecting a high quality appliance, but instead got a defective, bad product. It's almost impossible to speak with someone about it. Next time I'm gonna stick with companies that I trust like Tanguay or Corbeil and stick with well-known brands.

I recently had an order delivered to our home from CAS (Order number: L1017938). It was delivered as planned, however, we were having issues with our brand new washer which we realized a lot later that the washer still had the shipping bolts. When I asked one of the CAS workers if they were going to install the appliances, this person simply replied that it was "not part of their mandat." We were under the impression that the shipping bolts were already removed as this is a standard procedure when delivering these types of items (appliances). We know many, many people in this business and believe me when I say they were shocked to find out that they were not already removed and that my husband and I had to do it ourselves. At the very least, the CAS workers who delivered our appliances could have reminded us (verbally) to remove the shipping bolts. Upon doing some research, we noticed that an "additional service fee" to install the appliances is possible, but was not offered nor even presented to us. I believe this is absurd given the fact that we spent over $6000,00 all together with CAS. Again, we are very disappointed with the delivery and will not be recommending this service with CAS. Because of this, our walls are scratched up from the washer moving and now we are not sure if our washer is damaged.
DON'T BUY ther nothing. Worst service ever!!! . I bought washers there that broke afrer 3 weeks. I called them and explained them the problem,and the agent instead of helping me just told me that he DON'T care and he hang out my phone. !!!!!! Email was initally taken wrong so i had to call back and repeat my entire order to double check all the details so no other mistakes made...upon delivery the unit is not 29" wide...its bigger closer to 30" at its widest point. Despite double checking manual which reports 29. It didnt fit through my front door. Buying an appliance has never been this easy or fast. We were thinking we would have to wait months for a new oven but Charles B.P. (online through a CAS website chat at 9 pm on Dec. 26th!) assured us that CAS had our model in stock. Even in stock, I thought we'd have to wait at least a week for delivery. 2.5 days later, it's installed and running in my kitchen! The website was easy enough to navigate. It could probably use a little updating but their selection was good. The customer service was excellent even with a few hiccups (problems) that occurred, Charles was excellent to deal with and his customer service oriented approach made for an appreciated experience. EN : Horrible Customer service! 0 star if it had been possible! We bought a dishwasher in April (delivery for June). The day it was supposed to be delivered, surprise it’s back order and told us we’d have to wait until July 10th. On the 10th, they still don’t have our dishwasher and said they MIGHT have some on the 24th. Moreover, we’d have to get it ourselves since they wouldn’t deliver it. Their customer service agent just casually said we could contact someone else for reimbursement if it’s what we would like… Let’s just say that he didn’t care to lose a client. On the 24th, we decide to contact them because we were sure that we wouldn’t have any news otherwise. Once again, it's back ordered and say that they should have some on September 3rd. We asked for a replacement model, they sent a link and chose one… GUESS WHAT!?!? This one too is back order. Once again, they referred us to someone that will “contact us.” Knowing that their prices aren’t as good as they let you think they are when compared to other companies they should at least consider offering a good customer service. They don’t care at all that they have our money since mid April and that they have nothing in stock. They don’t even offer a compensation for all that time and delays. Arrive le 24, nous contactons le service client et encore une fois, ils n’ont plus le modèle. Ils nous disent d’attendre le 3 septembre. On demande d’en avoir un autre équivalent et ils n’ont plus celui-là non plus. Encore une fois, leur agent nous réfère à quelqu’un d’autre qui va « nous recontacter ». Bref, non seulement leur prix ne sont pas si avantageux comparés aux concurrents, mais en plus n’ont pas l’air de se soucier qu’ils ont notre argent depuis 3 mois et qu’ils ne sont même pas foutus de nous offrir le produit. La COVID a le dos large, mais il y a tout de même des limites à rire du monde !

From purchase to delivery I received 5 Star Service. We purchased our new fridge online with help from Charles. He was amazing. We started with the chat box and ended up talking on the phone. Charles was easy to understand and he went the extra mile to get to know our needs. Our fridge died and we needed a replacement ASAP. He was able to find us a fridge that not only checked off all our requests (plus more) but he was able to save us some money and get us a fridge in our price range!! He worked hard to find the perfect fridge that could be delivered in 2 days!! The Delivery team was amazing. They were so quick and super efficient. They gave me some tips on when to plug in the fridge and when to take off the stickers (it’s cold here right now -13 so we are not to remove the stickers for at least 1/2 an hour). Super professional and quick. A really great team. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from CAS again. Their whole team and process was amazing!! Thanks you guys!!
