Le site suggère de vérifier l'inventaire en magasin et le magasin dit qu'il sont dans l'impossibilité de vérifier l'inventaire. Est-ce tout cela peut vraiment se justifier par les prix compétitifs?

This place is super short staffed. Waited at the seasonal counter for 20 min (they actually have ribbons to take numbers at each counter!!) only to have to go go out and line up in the car line up for another 30 min to pick up something they should just have on a shelf. I'm taking a star off because the web order for pickup process needs improvement: I was told with less than 24 hours notice that my order would be canceled if I did not come to pick it up. Afterwards, when I returned an item, the cashier simply took my item and noted the invoice number on a notepad. I have no proof that I returned my item and I have to trust that they will reimburse me within 5 business days. I trust they are in good faith, but that system is extremely error prone and outdated in a world where competitors are able to reimburse you on the spot. EDIT: I have been reimbursed 4 days later. Great way to save money, it's REALLY cheaper than anywhere else, for the same item. However, in a time of COVID, the store isn't adapted properly: half of everything they have to sell, you need to go through a counter and ask for an order to pick it up in the yard. The problem with this is that you need to take a ticket with a number, (yes, 1975 style) and wait nearby for them to yell your number. Because of this, everyone gathers around the counter, no one wears masks and everyone is within a few inches of everyone. Each alleys are very narrow, making the 2m guideline impossible. Besides the employees at the actual counters (paint, materials, exterior), most of them are EXTREMELY young, inexperienced and completely demotivated. Unless you know what you're doing, don't bother asking employees for guidance: they know little more than where the trolleys are. If you go in the yard, try to spot anyone older than 16, walking faster than 2km an hour... It's the "drag your feet" festival back there. Because it's so cheap, it gathers A LOT of people. De plus, les inventaires ne sont pas à jour. Je devais absolument avoir une porte de type rockport 30 pouces pour faire un échange dans ma maison vendue avant mon départ, je me suis prise d'avance heureusement. Je me suis rendue à vote établissement en personne : il en restait une en stock : j'ai payée et vu qu'il n'y avait pas de mise de côté possible, j'ai du m'organiser pour me trouver un pick-up pour la ramasser. Surprise, la personne en question arrive pour aller chercher la porte il n'y en a plus ! Je rappelle donc aux matériaux...on me dit que c'est un erreur d'inventaire mais que je peux aller à jonquière ; on refuse de me dire s'il y en a en commande et on ne peut pas réserver celle qui s'en vient. On monte à jonquière en se faisant dire qu'il y en a deux en stock et que pas de problème pour la facturation, j'appelle même directement la bas pour vérifier que c'est bel et bien le cas. Surprise encore, erreur d'inventaire...et on nous dit que c'est saguenay qui aurait du faire les démarches pour s'assurer que c'était bel et bien en stock et que le magasin de jonquière soit avisé de la situation particulière. On me confirme qu'il y en a 19 en commande, on ne peut pas me la réserver, on refuse de prendre mon nom en note et de m'appeler quand ca rentre...on se fait répondre d'appeler au 2-3 jours pour vérifier. C'est n'importe quoi ! Je comprends qu'avec la covid-19, c'est difficile pour tous mais il y a des limites...zéro service et à preuve du contraire...je n'y retournerai plus. Bien désolée pour les employés qui doivent gérer cette situation. Ce n'est pas de leur faute clairement un problème venant des dirigeants.
