(Original) Sérieux je suis arrivé dans le magasin pour à la recherche d’une pièces de plomberie spécifique ( ensemble de liaison soupape), cette pièces me semblais dure à trouvé... qu’elle fut ma surprise en arrivant dans le magasin de voire que chaque département est super bien identifié, en plus avec un comptoir de service avec des préposés, prêt à nous servir j’ai attendu 3 min pour être servi... un dimanche très occupé, j’ai eu le plaisir d’être servi par Antony, je suis pas sur du prénom désolé, je lui montre, la pièce qui est brisé... Bingo! En 45 sec il m’accompagne à l’endroit où trouvé la pièce... efficace et il semblais ravis de m’aidé. J’arrive à la caisse, j’attendu 3 min, pour être servis, par une jolie demoiselle du nom de Léa, 30 sec un beau sourire ???? et un merci ????. Résultat en 10 min maximum je suis ressorti avec ma pièce et j’ai pu réparer mon évier de salle de bain. Le tout pour 15$. WOW ???? merci à BMR. C’était la première fois que j’y allais mais c’est certain que c’est pas la dernière.

Better option than Canadian Tire. Especially with their return policy! If you open something from CT and its defective or poor quality they dont refund your money. Pay a bit more and support BMR. They have a good selection of material, a wood yard and a good amount of tools. Prices are fair and not much worse than the big box renovation stores. Pool and spa chemicals, BBQs and seasonal items also. They also refill propane for 9.99, which is very convenient.
