Very bad customer service. Old lady doesn’t even want to say HI when you say HI to her. Asked for assistance and she told me to read the instructions on the machine. It’s better for them to change their name to WORST THAN EVER LAUNDROMAT intead of BETTER THAN HOME LAUNDROMAT.

Had a really bad experience with washer and dryer. As washer had a enough water to wash it properly. Have to use two time and dryer are won't get hot enough to dry your cloth on expected time. So use longer than a usual time. Not recommended at all.

One staff in the store is so rude and wont let you put cloth after 8pm even though they displayed it 8:30 must be last load. May be the owner wont know about it. Anyway I stopped to go there only because of the lady’s attitude towards customer. No help to explain or choose machines if you unaware . Machines are good and quality one even though price are little high compare to other stores around city. Why you pay money for bad attitude when you have other choice?

Has got to be the dirtiest laundromat in town. Every washer has green slimy mold in the front loading machines, in the glass windows. The person behind the counter does no cleaning, and when a smoke break comes around (which was three times in one hour while doing my laundry) the smell of cigarette smoke overpowers the smell of anything else in the whole place. The carpets are filthy dirty, the washers have the worst musty smell . Just an all around dirty place and the owners should be ashamed. Never will go there again. Very expensive and not worth it. If there was a minus score I'd have put that in.

Lil older lady works there, actually there's 3, but this one is soo friendly..so helpful. And always walking around tiding up wiping down the dryers n washers. Picking stuff up. She's always talking to someone, so friendly and it's like she knows when to talk to u, I was having such a bad day, and she just smiled and asked how I was...n knew I didn't want to conversate, than another day I was soo upset and she talked and talked about nothing but sure was super nice when I just left the graveyard, and was missing my brother. Nice to have a friendly conversation with her shes very pleasant. and talks about everything going on on the island . People there doing homework, or work while doing luandry ..or people just trying to get luandry done, and playing online with the free wifi... there's always a place to sit, there's always someone to say hi..and prices r reasonable ..water in washers r hot ( if u want) n dryers r hot ..n its kinda like the lil coffee shop on friends, minus the coffee and ur clothes r cleaner when u leave..lol

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped off 4 bags of laundry on Saturday at 530pm and when called on Sunday to check when I could pick them up I was told it was too busy that day and they couldn't get all of our laundry done and it wouldn't be until Monday!!!! When I dropped the laundry off the woman was so terrible, she actually tried to to deter me from leaving my laundry as it was too much!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! She actually shamed it. Why offer a service if you dont want to do it!!! Absolutely pitiful customer service!! The last time I would ever use this place, I would go without clothes before returning.

I think that customer service is absloutly in dire need of improvement and won't bother wasting my time going back to be told by the old lady who was on her way for a smoke that u can't use the machines after 8:30 but yet they say open till 9:30 ....
