Staff are friendly, the prices here for vaping products are more expensive then other shops, however they are open later then most shops in town.

Great company. I've gone there lots for pipes and vape juice. But this time I was there to talk with the owner about 3D printing. He did a great job and was very enthusiastic. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in what they have to offer.

high priced in comparison with north island vapes. if you expect the staff to even agknowledge you are alive make sure you dont no go there anywhere near closing time... and when i say near i mean 30 to 45 min.. as i did and i had never in my life been made to feel more unwelcomed by the girl working almost as if i was imposing on her life by being there... wasnt cool

I went into the scene smoke shop dec 22nd and ask them when they're Boxing Day Sale was going to start... as the same time. I had seen a product the had that i realllly wanted! (It was a one of a kind product.) So i had asked dayton ackerman, The guy working the counter at the time to put it aside for me.. i assured him that i would deffinatly give someone money to come get it durring the boxxing week sale, or that i would make it back in time to come get it myself, as i was leaving the next day the 23rd to vancouver.. so i have my roommate money to go get it... so then the 28th comes around.. monday. And ny roommate went in to go purchase and pickup the product i had got then to put aside... turns out.. they sold it already. Didnt care to call me and ask if i still wated it (they had my name and number.) Instead. They got rid of it. Gettong rid of the presant i had planned to give to my girlfriend for Christmas... soo yea.. the lack of customer service that they hold screwed them out of a returning customer and screwed me out of the joy i would of seen getting to give me partner a gift she would have really liked... Start treating customers with respect! Its not that hard..

Bought a stlth and had issues with it about 5 months after purchase. The young lady I spoke with was very friendly, bubbly personality and amazing customer service. Both of us could not figure out the why with it. Without skipping a beat she came up with a solution and I walked out a happy costumer and will return. Thankyou!!

Their ZERO return policy on new or defective (and very expensive) merchandise is OBNOXIOUS. Staff dont mention that at the time of purchase either..they all appear to make up their policies on the fly. You really risk spending your hard earned $$ here. Worst customer service.
