No change machine provided at car wash. Went in to get change, was told they can't give change on a $50. So I offered to buy gum and was refused service.

Possibly the best coin car wash of my life. The pressure on that wand is verging on dangerous. I may or may not have gotten a fat lip from it. It has no roof so perfect for taller vehicles. Excellent value. 10/10 would power wash here again.

I went to wash the bugs off my smart car, I used rainex bug and tar remover then foam brush and wand but still wont take off all bugs. Used hand pad to finish removing them and the attendant come along telling me I cant hand wash. If you cant remove the bugs there what use is a car wash? It took me an extra 10 to 15 minutes. I will have to find a different carwash. I had also just washed a truck and camper there with no handwashing because there wasnt bugs on it. Has anyone else had this experience?

Not 24hr as advertised.

Super frustrating when you go there at 445AM to fuel up because it says they’re open 24 hours, and none of the pumps will actually let you pump gas. Won’t be going to shell ever again

If your using a Fleet card pump switches to French and you need to have the menu memorized if you don’t read French
