Our first appointment date turned out to be a day of heavy rain and high winds. Men in Kilts texted my to request rescheduling to a later date. Great communication with these guys. Our duplex has some thing going on at the front second floor window. The other side has the shame issue. I had tried myself to clean the black stuff off of the siding to no avail. It's all gone now. Though the neighbours side still has it. Windows are clean and the moss is gone with the treatment visible on both roofs. Thanks Men in Kilts!

The two men in kilts arrived at the time indicated on the notice, and proceeded to remove the moss from the roof. Once that was done they cleaned out the gutters and then used a blower to remove all the fine debris from the roof. It would have been nice if they had advised us to close our windows when they were blowing the roof as there was a lot of fine dust that found its way into the house and settled on the ledges. They came with good equipment and cleaned up outside the house well. They applied a compound to the roof to help slow the growth of new moss. A very good job and no hesitation recommending them. Just be aware that you should close the windows before they start wok.

Windows were well cleaned, however, we had to go around and wipe the floors below every window. Also there was lack of communication between offices: 1. the appointment time changed. 2. Having a small house the price included inside & out windows, we had to tell him that. Outside was all he was going to do. Over all job well done. Workers took off his shoes in the house and was very polite. The job took about hour and half.

Had someone stay home to deal with any issues - booked 1 month out - were supposed to show up at 11am, called at 12pm to say it was going to be 2pm, then called at 3pm to say it would be 4pm than called at 5:30pm to say they would have to reschedule next week. They were polite in their calls and I appreciate stuff comes up - but the chain of events / calls above was unprofessional and certainly put us out a day of someone sitting at home.

I had my house power washed, some concrete pressure washed, and my windows washed inside and out this summer. There were a couple of changes to my scheduled dates but that was due to a heatwave that affected all jobs scheduled at that time. I was very happy with these services. We had a huge rainstorm recently and my gutters were overflowing. I called to schedule a job. The estmator had a quote to me the next day and the job was completed a few days later. They were done in about 10 minutes. The job was not as bad as the estimator had thought so they discounted my bill by a significant amount. Great customer service. I would recommend their services.

I was very satisfied with the work that was completed. The customer service side was only adequate and I don't believe I got value on window cleaning. The technicians were professional, but missed cleaning the window on one side of my house. I have 6 windows originally scheduled to be cleaned with the screens. Upon arrival I told them not to bother with 2 of the windows as air conditioning units are now installed. They said they would do around the units, which looks OK. No screens were done. In total only 6 of 9 panes were cleaned and no screens, yet the price was not adjusted. Very poor value for money and lack of flexibility.

He wore a good set of boots and did not wear caulk boots and he blew needles out of our gutters while he was at it. Don't waste your time with other companies, these guys are fantastic! They are fast , friendly , professional and inexpensive. They even have a good sense of humor. I tried several other companies and could not even get a call back. When I called Men in Kilts the job was as good as done right then. My roof is not one you would want to go up on but they didn't seem to notice.No extra charge , and no problem. The charge was minimal and the work was excellent. I will use them every year.

Time allotted for the work too short. Roof was ok but some gutters were not done and the windows were not done very well at all. i paid $1000 for 6 hours work, and we had to clean app. 60' of gutters and a number of windows have to be redone...done too quickly! Disappointing And bad faith from the owner who is lying ( physical abuse???????!!!!) to cover a job half done. My husband only raised his voice to tell your worker he had done a lousy job.

2/10 experience from a residential perspective. They cleaned some really f*ed up windows in the most minimal way possible. I appreciated them coming and doing the job but we had to call them back again. I think a third time was honestly warranted and It's on me but I just didn't want them touching my stuff anymore. They scooped the gutters and just let whatever fell out lay where it fell. I'd doubt they do that with commercial properties. Streaks left on multiple windows after a second visit.Frames cleaned with steel wool and left the steel dust on the aluminum frames which now have started to rust. Was not "able" to clean the tracks even after a call back stating they used "track brushes" on the first time through. I'm really just not even remotely ok with the job they did.These are not interior window cleaners, buyer beware. This was a 670$ bill, I believe 170$ was gutters....
