I dont go as much as I would like but my clothes definitely get a better wash than in my own building! The owners are nice and courteous. Considering doing laundry can be tedious they make it worth the outing! Also a very clean place!

The people who run is are so sweet and very helpful on how to use their machines to not only get your clothes clean but to save you money. It's always clean and we'll maintained. Bright, lots of space and great atmosphere. Will always take the extra time on the bus to come here to do my laundry.

The best laundromat in the area. The couple that run it are very polite and keep everything clean. Every time I have been in there I see them cleaning (sanitizing) the machines after a customer has finished.

I don't use laundromats very often, but I needed to get some comforters washed. The person who was there was very helpful, and made sure to show me how to use the machines, loaded the detergent and helped me take my laundry back to the vehicle after. It's great!

Such nice owners! I bring my king duvet here to wash because they have a giant machine that it fits in. It’s not $35 like a previous review claims. I believe it’s $10 for that machine. Worth it as it does a great job and much cheaper than sending it to get dry cleaned!!!!

Very nice lady that runs this business. Always polite and appreciative of clients. Had one issue with the dry cleaning but they made it right, would just suggest if it's a special piece of clothing to you, make sure to discuss the cleaning options.

I used to think it was okay here, but won't be going back again.The front loader machines at the back are deceptive: Both cost $5, but one is a shorter cycle. The one on the far right is about 6 minutes shorter. I asked the owner about it and he said, yes, they are different times, and fobbed me off. The up/down dryers have one coin slot. I made an honest mistake when I pressed start, and the other dryer started. I asked the other owner to replace my coin so I could start the correct dryer. She refused and said no, and instructed me to take my clothes out of the top dryer, and put them in the bottom dryer. I had to re-clean the next dryer's lint screen and lost minutes on my drying cycle as a result. In both cases, I approached the owners for resolution. Instead, both times resulted in owners not caring about customer service for me, a person doing my own laundry. The owners gain a better income from the drop off laundry customers. I would not use the drop off service here after seeing them dry bras in a dryer, and on regular heat. I wonder if people paying for drop off service have more income to replace their clothes more often? Not me.

This was my first time going to a laundromat in Calgary and thankfully it was a good experience. The owners acknowledged me right away and helped me when I needed it. Even the other customers were super friendly to me. It's a cozy, little laundry place and I enjoy coming here.

Great place with working washers and dryers. Multiload washers and dryer available as well. Dry cleaning and mending services too but I haven't used them. Staff is friendly and helpful

Great little cozy laundry mat. Accessible by public transportation. Washers were cheaper than a previous laundry mat I've used. But they are also your average top load washers. Dryers are a good bang for your buck, 25¢/5min. Change provided as well as soap and dryer sheets for sale. 1$ a piece. Most definitely making a return trip when needed.

We’ve been bringing our clothes and bedding here for 5 years and couldn’t be happier. Yee and Miao, the owners/operators are very kind, honest and hardworking. They always do a great job at a great price. They even notice when a button is missing or broken and have replaced them without charging us. When I read some of the bad reviews, I can only guess that there may occasionally be a communication barrier, as I have never seen this lovely couple be anything but kind and respectful to their clients. Covid times are hard on everyone. We need to support these wonderful small businesses in our community.

The Wash House is one of the best laundry facilities in Calgary. The owners are kind and welcoming to their customers, and care about their business. Always greeting us with a smile, The Wash House offers both affordable drop-off and self-laundry options. We cannot imagine taking our laundry anywhere else!

I dont recommend doing your laundry here, it is very dirty, the machines are in rough shape, the furniture is old and gross. It is really out dated and not well looked after at all. The woman that was working was friendly.

It's supposed to be 10$ per load, I've brought 1 week of laundry for 2 person. Cost me $100! What a rip off. $35 for bed sheet because it required a bigger machine? It's fits in my machine and it's not gigger than any other washing machine. Anyway. He hot me once, never again!

Nice place to do your laundry. Owner is really helpful and cleaned our machines again before we used them. Also changed our money to quarters. No wifi but some comfortable seats for waiting.

Very bad, the in-charge was shouting and said if you don't like go to another place. For first time client. I won't recommend it. He is making the big machines out of service, so you are obliged to use 2 washing machines.

They offer drop off as well as do-it-yourself service. They have lots of machines, change and soaps available. Other reviews are right - friendly helpful staff. They also have larger commercial washer and dryers. Sorry pictures are slightly out of focus. I'll fix this when I'm there next.

Read the reviews & decided to check out this laundromat... & I'm SO happy I did!! The woman how was there was so incredibly helpful & an absolute sweetheart. Do not believe the bad reviews this Laundromat is amazing the people how own it really do go above & beyond! apart from clean laundry I also got some great house plant advice too. She has a big & beautiful monstera that any plant lover would be jealous of! Thank you for such a wonderful experience will definitely be going back!

Honestly, I don't expect a lot from a laundromat but the last 5 minutes I was there really left a bad taste in my mouth. My dryer cycles were finishing up and I was unloading one when the attendant came over and asked me to empty the large dryer right that moment so someone else could use it. I politely said I needed to run it again as several of my items were still quite wet. He said no that they needed. So when I went over the guy waiting for the machine stood over me while I was unloading the machine and at least half of my load was still wet. Not damp but wet. I asked if he could back up while I was unloading as I felt extremely uncomfortable and he refused. The attendant was also standing there and didn't do or say anything. I also was the only female in the laundromat and all of the men there were in groups. I then watched him take out half of his clothes from another dryer and put them in the one I had just emptied. I was really annoyed and felt like despite the fact I'd been doing several loads and respecting that there were other people using machines that my business was not valued or appreciated to use the machine for another 10 minutes. I will not be going there again.

The owner/operators are very kind people and provide quality alteration and dry cleaning work. They have done rush service for me and the prices are very reasonable. Machines are cheaper than most. If you forget something, most of what you need is available for purchase at a very modest markup. If you use laundromats or need repairs/dry cleaning you might as well come here.
