Very friendly owner and they also have affordable prices! I have been coming here since the ownership change back in 2016 and it has always been a pleasant experience. I recently came in to get a few clothings dry cleaned and noticed they now provide alternation services, so I don't have to go somewhere else to get it done. The owner puts a lot of effort to ensure everything is okay before handing back my clothes, so it's great.

Have been coming here for over 3 years. Never had an issue for cleaning . Comparing to other dry cleaning, they have own wash machines to do the job FAST & EFFICIENT. Prices are the most affordable through my experience of all dry cleans in NW area, Would recommend to anyone.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here, unfortunately all the sequins and printed design came off. Even though they weren't liable, they refunded the dry cleaning cost, which I appreciate. While I still don't recommend bringing your fancy western wedding dress here, they were careful with my Chinese wedding dresses and other items of clothing.

I've taken many items here to alter since my downhill spiral of online shopping to pass quarantine and every item has come back fitting exactly how I wanted it to. I haven't tried the dry cleaning service yet as I haven't needed it since finding this place a couple months ago.

Just tried this place. After my first pickup I noticed they missed a few things so the very nice lady took it back in, no charge, and she was very cool about it. Second time I went in for a pickup and noticed they missed something I told the old guy (who was wearing a gold grill for some reason) working the counter about it (seems to be the man in charge of the place) and asked if he could do it again. He told me he was going to charge me again for it and started yelling (literally yelling, not over emphasizing) at me "we don't make any guarantees that we'll get your clothes clean" (bear in mind this was in front of other people, and we're talking about a tie with a small coffee spot). Got the spot out at a different place. The second experience was so negative that I won't be going back there and I don't recommend it to anyone who can get to a different dry cleaners.
