Great place for your dry cleaning needs. The quality of service was great as it was as expected but it was the customer service that puts this business over the top. The lady whose name I forgot when I dropped off and picked up my jacket really made me feel like a valued customer and not just another person walking through the doors. This was my first time there and I will definitely use them again.

The cleaning is done quickly and the staff are friendly, but this place was fairly inconvenient. Came here before work to drop off my clothes and there was a hand written "be back in 15 mins" sign taped to the door. I waited 20 minutes and had to leave for work. When I tried to come back the next day there was another hand written sign for "be back in 5 mins", fairly unprofessional in my opinion. It's also super overpriced, I paid about $20 per article of clothing, and they don't give you a price quote when you drop off your clothes nor does the receipt give you a breakdown per item so it's just a massive mystery bill.

Nice clean shop with very courteous customer service, they were able to complete my order no problem ahead of the promised time (and faster than others in the area). The staff member also made sure I took advantage of promotions that I wasn't even aware of, so I appreciated her saving me money. My only complaint is last time a couple of my wool sweaters came back with a pretty strong detergent smell. Hopefully will go away but am concerned about sensitive skin.

Only reason why I'm giving 3 and 5 is the price. Service and quality was great but $9.56 to dry clean a shirt and $11.97 for a pant seems overpriced compared to my local dry cleaner in the NW. Over $20 for 2 articles of clothing?!?! Was told dry cleaning was approx $5 when I dropped off the items. Won't go back with those rates.
