I've been using Three North Clean basically since they started and have only had good experiences. They clean my personal home and also provide cleaning services for the condo building I have a rental unit in - it's always spotless when I come check in. Highly recommended, you won't find a better value in the city.

Absolutely horrendous service! Booked a move out clean a few weeks ago, and confirm a week before that we were still on schedule. I get an email, the day of the scheduled clean, letting me know that a portion of their staff had come into contact with Covid, and couldn't attend. Look, I get it, and was completely understanding and willing to re-schedule, but then it was radio silence on their end, to the multiple emails I had sent. I'm sure they know other people in the cleaning business, and could/should have referred me to them, but instead, nothing. Thanks for nothing.

Lots of difficulties with them. I originally had booked them for a Move out clean of my old place I sold. I was THOROUGHLY impressed with the original cleaning team. Hard working, prompt, informative and did an excellent job... but that's where the good ends... The carpets were supposed to be cleaned in my old place and I received no set appointment time for the carpet cleaner... instead, I got told multiple stories of WHEN he would arrive and even then, he arrived at 9:30pm (2.5 hours after the original ETA for when he would be at my place). But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked them again when I moved into my new place because the maids did such an excellent job... however... the original maids that were booked for the clean called in sick the morning of the appointment and I didn't find out until half an hour after the appointment was scheduled (I was then late for work) ... But it was fine, this stuff happened I get it. Eventually the new maids came and did a good job. Then the carpet cleaner was supposed to come at 7pm again to do the carpets... 7:30 rolls around and he's not there. After calling the company I get a text of a screenshot (they declined my call) saying the carpet cleaner's truck broke down and he wouldn't be coming. (This is what caused the cleaner to be late the FIRST time) ... what bothers me, however, is that based on the screenshot I received via text; the company knew for over an hour he would not make it and I had to call them to find out. (And got quite the sarcastic remark that unless one of us go fix his truck no he's not coming tonight) ... In the end... the maid service I think was great... the carpet service for me was unreliable, unorganized, and unprofessional. Also, management and their admin staff have a SERIOUS communication problem with their customers. They are unorganized and unprofessional.

NOT GOOD ! Booked them for a Move Out clean for a particular date, as had tenants wanting to move in immediately after we left. Girls showed up on time, but then one left shortly after, and so that left only one girl to finish the job. However I found out later that she had another booking that same afternoon, and so she left also, with only half the job completed. When i contacted the owner, she wasn't even aware of the situation. They then sent another team the next day to finish the work, but they were in and out in under 4 hours, and in doing so they totally missed the ensuite shower as well as wiping down / dusting light switches and fittings, etc. All in all not a great experience, and i also am aware that they had another job cancelled, based on the poor standard of work completed at my home. I wont be using them again and I would be reluctant to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Three North Clean to my friends and family for residential or commercial cleaning. The cleaning staff was super friendly, courteous, and professional. My house was absolutely immaculate when I returned after Three North Clean was finished. The business owner, Maksym, was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I would most definitely use this company again and regularly – 5 star!

Three North Clean services were fantastic. We recently moved into our first home. Megan and Jessica were so great. They were able to accommodate our short notice schedule. Our move in clean was completed with great care and was very thorough. Maksym also completed our carpet cleaning with the same great care. Services are wonderful and support safe COVID guidelines. For me, there are three aspects that make up a good cleaning company: quality, price and communication. To date, Three North Clean has hit all three on the head. We started using them 5 months ago for biweekly cleaning. My priorities have always been my kitchen and floors. In the kitchen, they make everything sparkle. The floors are always spot free and look great, too! Communication with the office is great and the customer service follow up is a bonus. They don’t just assume the clean went well, they call to ensure that I’m happy, which is refreshing in today’s disconnected society. I prefer the cleaner use my cleaning products, and they have no issue doing that. I use homemade cleaning solutions I provide because I have children who crawl around on the floor all day. The cleaners are professional and always manage to get all the areas clean that my kids sticklybfingers end up getting messy. The invoices are sent via email after each clean and that means I don’t have to have money waiting for the cleaners each time. One less trip to the ATM is always a good thing! The cleaners have been late a couple times, but that’s a minor issue.

First the carpet cleaning was fine. It's the house cleaning that was below expectations. I was moving into a house I just purchased and was to have a "deep clean". Apparently my idea of a deep clean is different than theirs. I was initially charged for 9 hours but when I questioned this because many things weren't done, or were done poorly, I was only charged 8 hours (still not acceptable). I had to re-clean showers/bath, and the kitchen (shelves, cabinets, stove, and fridge). I was offered a re-clean nearly 2 weeks after the initial service. ....no thanks, too little too late.

They charge a significant more than most cleaners. For the cost I would think that customer service would be a bit better. I did get accommdated for a short notice clean but my my questions had to be asked a few times to get a response from the coordinator. The cleaner showed up without a few of my questions even answered. The cleaner did a decent job though but I wouldn't use them again.

Contacted them to do a full house clean, their response time was great and they were very accommodating. When the cleaners arrived they let us know how they intended to proceed with cleaning and gave us the option to stay in the house during cleaning or leave until they were done. When we came back the house was locked up and very clean. The service from start to finish was excellent. I will absolutely be using them again and would recommend their services to everyone. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
