Excellent experience from Stephen Cleaners. I had my wedding dress cleaned and repaired prior to consignment. Not only did they do an excellent job with the dry clean (on an entirely beaded, delicate dress) and repairs, but also were able to deliver the dress directly to the consignment store for me as I had to quickly move country. Can't thank the team enough for their help and excellent service!

Really appreciate your staffs eye for detail!! I recently brought in a shirt with a stain on the cuff and forgot to mention it to the girl @ the front when I dropped it off. I was very happy to see the shirt came out perfect! Thanks for the great cleaning! Lots of time a specific stain can go unnoticed at other cleaning places unless it's pointed out for special attention. I'm glad to see you guys are on top of your job! I will definitely be back! I picked up my husband's dress pants this morning, and brought them home. There were creases about an inch from the normal crease that goes down the front and back of the pants. There were also wrinkles on the inside of one of the pant legs. For $14.00 I would expect more attention to detail. NOT impressed.

22/12/2018 Brought my clothes (5 items) to dry clean at this establishment on the 22/12. Informed the attendant that I will need the items by the 26/12 as I was leaving the country by the 27/12. Was told in no uncertain terms that this was impossible- that the “best” they can do was the 28/12. Offered no alternatives/suggestions for the dry cleaning. My suggestion to the owners is to post on their website/advertisement that there is a minimum wait time for all dry cleaning items. Not impressed.
