We had them wash our house, windows, and they were able to remove oil and rust stains on the front driveway with excellent results. Precision did a wonderful job at our commercial property, we had them come out to wash the exterior of the building. The quoting process was seamless and all the technical jargon was explained in detail and the booking process was simple and efficient. We were notified ahead of time to remind us that they would be arriving and the washing exceeded our expectations, the professionalism from start to finish was point on. I personally was not on site at the time but received several pictures and videos once they were finished. Definitely will be using them again and planning on using them for our home as well.

Professional and first class results! We were given the recommendation of Precision from one of our neighbous who had recently used them. Contact was made and within a few emails we were presented a very detailed quote and it was followed up with a phone call. During the phone call all of our questions were answered and was given a wealth of education/knowledge on how the entire process would work. I am amazed at the finer details and the attention that was paid prior to the work even being completed. We had our exterior of our house, windows and a very old oil stain removed from our driveway. My wife was actually uncertain whether the oil stain could be removed. We did have another company who tried unsuccessfully to remove it 2 years ago. Everything turned out perfectly, house is sparkling clean, the windows are so shiny, and the oil stain on the driveway disappeared. Great attention to detail on the actual job and we highly recommend this company to others wanting a first class and highly meticulous experience. Thanks!

Our condo board started researching power washing companies to clean the exterior and windows of our 4-Plex townhouse units and literally called and emailed a dozen companies.
