I always bring my dry cleaning to Martha’s Master Cleaners for suit jackets, and wool jackets and delicate items. For a special event I had brought my son’s navy cadet uniform; they were even willing to clean the white belt and the lanyard, as well as pressing the pants and shirt according to uniform guidelines. I have always had excellent service and quality from Martha’s staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent cleaners but overpriced and/ or non transparent pricing. I brought in cocktail dress that had a beer spilled down the front the last time I wore it. Which I had called about to obtain a quote and request next day pickup. Phone quote was 25.00 Drop off Quote was between 25 and 30 Pickup was 42.50 Aside from price annoyance the dress came back pristine which is reflected in my 2.5 star rating

Brought in a pair of light wash True Religion jeans that lost a fight with a ballpoint pen, and despite not being able to guarantee that the stains would ever be removed, and possibly even get larger with treatment, I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. When I came to pick the jeans up, only one faded spot remained, and the employee went above and beyond to save my beloved jeans, taking them for another week and completely removing any trace of the stain by removing a portion of the inner pocket that had taken the most damage and was the main source of the spread of the ink. Incredibly professional and willing to go the extra mile for their customers, as well as explain in detail what they did with your beloved garments. Wonderful experience through and through, would highly recommend Martha’s Master Cleaners to anyone.

Tried to bring in one shirt for a button to be sewn back on. The person behind the counter asked if I was going to clean it and I told her no, this is not my regular cleaner. The response was "maybe you should have them do your alterations." She then motioned for me to give her the shirt and I told her to forget it. 1) If you don't like working at a dry cleaner behind the counter then don't work there. Never make it obvious to customers or potential customers that you hate your job. 2) Speaking of potential customers, it obviously didn't occur to "Martha's Master Cleaners" counter staff that fixing my button would lead to further business in the future. 3) Dry cleaning in Calgary is a competitive market; if you can't even be civil when customers and potential customers come through the door you might as well close up shop. 4) I will let everyone I know about this aside from this review...reputations are destroyed on interactions like this. 5) Seriously...if you don't like what you do, do yourself and the rest of the world a favour and just quit. Sorry you work at a dry cleaning service desk, but you chose to work there!!!

We have been using Martha's Master Cleaners for nearly two decades for dry cleaning everything from delicate clothing, suits, outerwear and even our super long linen table cloth. Their attention to detail is exceptional and the team is always wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Took my Canada goose coat for a dry clean and they damaged it!! It was in better condition before I had it cleaned. All around the lining of my jacket it now appears to have a worn out look as if it was mistreated during the cleaning process. I am not impressed and highly do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
