I had my furnace cleaned by Kilroy at the end of 2015 and was very impressed by the professionalism of Larry. He was quiet but knowledgeable and even engaged my 2 small inquisitive children, answering their many questions and making them smile. He went right to work and didn't dally at all, which I appreciated as I was paying based on how long it took him to complete the job. He worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Larry for furnace cleaning! I also dropped off a white faux-wood blind from my bathroom that I had neglected to clean for years and that no longer tilted. I received the same blind back the same day looking BRAND NEW and working! I couldn't even find a speck of dirt anywhere, for less than $20!! I will definitely be bringing it back again next year! Just had my very dirty, very smelly, very stained sectional cleaned (3 kids under 6, two potty training!) and it looks BRAND NEW!! Ivan was very thorough and even had a microscope eye thingy and was able to "see" the stains, identify them and see how deep they went! Wish I had taken a picture BEFORE he cleaned it, but trust me, it was nasty!

A technician from Magiclean came to clean my carpets last week. As always, I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism that Magiclean's employee put in his work. I would strongly recommend that company. I have used Magiclean/Kilroy for 19 years now, and always have been pleased with their work. The different technicians sent over the years have always put their best effort in making sure my carpets were cleaned properly. They take the time to go over the stains; making sure they disappear. I would recommend not to try to remove a stain by yourself using a random product. As they told me in the past, it can make it very difficultly for them to try to remove it. Don't try to remove a stain! Let a professional do it! (I finally learned my lesson and did as they had recommended often, and sure enough all the "fresh"/new stains to be removed coud be removed!) Thank you Magiclean! I'll call upon you the next time I need my carpets cleaned! Thank you technician Mark: I'm very pleased with your work!

The thing that blew me away with Magiclean, was the customer service. Even if the staff member you were dealing with didn't fully understand the situation that you were in, not once did they try and pass you off or make you feel like you (and your business) are not important. But personally- my favorite part of their business was getting to see the "inversion" room. Now, I'm not quite sure what the "proper" name for this room is, or even how to "properly" explain what it does... But in my words, it takes things (like a smoke damaged love seat) and spins them really fast all while somehow inverting the air and sucking it and all the smoke smell out of the love seat making it smell brand new!!!

Not happy with service. Took 22 blinds for cleaning and 1 tilter repair. $90. for tilter, 1 high visible blind now has 5 bent slats, looks awful when closed,, plus 2 blinds that won't drop all the way and they dropped with ease before Can't recommend their blind services

Our blinds are mostly mini-blinds and about 28 years old. They had only been clean once and were particularly dirty following a long reno. But the one-day service was marvellous. They were picked up very early in the morning (to accommodate my work schedule) and returned that evening. The blinds may be outdated but look so much better after being cleaned and repaired. Great service and good value for money. The young man was very friendly and courteous.

Found this company randomly online and can’t say enough good things about them. We had our carpets and blinds cleaned. Both gentleman came in very professional and on time. Very diligent and didn’t make a mess. Showed us all the products they would be using. Actually saved us money as we quoted our square foot more then it truly was. They took our blinds off in the morning and returned all cleaned before 4pm. Everything was well Cared for and done extremely well! Love the clean scent they felt. Can’t say enough good things and recommend them to everyone!!!!

Majiclean makes it very easy for me to arrange the cleaning and it is 10 times as clean as a rented machine that we used to use.
